Domino's Pizza, Santa Barbara CA

Tried finding out if their dough contained sesame, was transferred around until I was told to contact the vendor or order from somewhere else. Great customer service

Ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich. No mushrooms, extra meat. I got barley any meat. But lots of mushrooms. And it was over done. I drove all the way home. Didn't notice it till then.

Terrible management, terrible customer service, orders are wrong or incomplete more than half the time.there are multiple times when they NEVER deliver an order and then act shocked.instead of preparing for a holiday weekend that every single business in existence knows will be busier than usual, they completely failed and blamed the "heat wave"

Waited about an hour to get my pizza est time said 37 minutes I waited 45 and then went to the restaurant and the 3 guys were so backed up they hadn't started making my pizza. This isn't their fault and they were working as hard as they could. To the franchisee store manager whatever: You need to hire more people so you can actually deal with a holiday weekend rush that you knew you were going to have.

I really like this domino's on Patterson, the Mesa one is also pretty good. The pizzas are always hot & they don't cheat you on toppings. I mostly pickup to save time but when I get delivery that service has always been solid!

Order was never delivered come to find out it was delivered to the lobby of the hotel I was in not my room because the driver was too lazy to bring it to my room and I didn't find out for an hour later.

Waited over a hour and a half for a pizza that was ready an hour ago.the pizza is luke warm and not even cut all the way through. It was supposed to take 21-31 minutes. I called to complain and got nothing. Just a "welp, you got your pizza, there is nothing I can do. " TERRIBLE customer service. For a company that should have offered the bare minimum. It was just awkward silence on the phone. Super disappointed.

I’ve been getting pizza from this Domino’s for years now. I would have to say today’s experience stands out as the best after many years of at least very good service.

The app indicated that employee Aaron started making my pizza almost immediately after I placed the order. The pizza was done just a little bit over 10 minutes later. I got the message on the app tracker that it was done and went into the store to pick up the pizza.

They were only two workers there, a man and a woman behind the counter so I assume that Aaron was the gentleman who helped me. He was efficient, friendly, and asked me whether I wanted napkins, paper plates and peppers, and was just generally a low-key joy to interact with. Nothing extra and nothing lacking.

I think too often we forget to recognize excellent service, and instead we criticize and assign blame. The purpose of this review is just to show appreciation for my neighborhood chain pizzeria which almost always comes through with a good product and in this case, with great service. Thank you Aaron! The customized topping was missing, and nobody answered the call to the store. The delivery also took an hour to arrive.

We decided to pick up carside. The man giving us our food was rude and didn’t greet us. He rushed me to grab the pizzas and tossed the cheese bread on top of the pizzas and walked away. Everything was cold as well. This one is closer to our house but I would rather go to the State Street one than get awful service here.

Two out of my last three orders have had problems. Last time I use these guys. The previous delivery was so last they gave me a coupon for a free medium pizza and when I went to redeem the coupon it didn't work. Now this delivery I ordered two specialty pizzas and one was just a plain ol pepperoni. Not what I ordered.

Absolutely horrible. I paid almost $50 for a pizza, garlic knots, and two sides of ranch to be delivered (with a $5.00 tip). The site claimed there are no hidden fees, but when I was checking out, I noticed the $5.00+ delivery fee. After the food was delivered I realized we did not receive the sides of ranch that I paid for. When I called the store, I was told that I would not be refunded for the items that I did not receive, but I could wait 30 minutes for the driver to bring me the sides of ranch. The person I spoke with was horribly rude, and unprofessional. Not only was this a huge disappointment, but the taste of our food was even more disappointing. After this experience, I will never order anything from Domino’s Pizza again.

Very organized busy letting customers know that they will get back to them employees are motivated, hardworking individuals making sure to get all orders right at a timely manner very respectful came in very nice girl helped me with my order just the way i wanted and had two medium carry out special pizzas they came out outstanding i will surely come back to this Domino's location great job thank you +

So sad, my total was about $20, I give the guy a $100 bill and he tells me he can't break such a huge bill as $100. Are you telling me you don't have 4 20's? Are you kidding me? He then sent me to 7-11 a block away to get change. Ha! 7-11 wanted to charge me 30 cents to break my huge $100 bill. Wait, what is happening? Is a simple $100 bill too much in 2021? Lucky for me I found a $20 in my car or I would have just said screw the pizza. It was slightly under cooked.

They deliver the wrong order, arrive an hour late, and do not answer the phone when you call to ask where your food is.
