Domino's Pizza, Carlsbad CA

Worst meal of my life. An embarrassment to my city of Encinitas/Carlsbad. I called the manager "Lincoln" right now to get a refund for this abomination 2 nights ago promised by one of his crew. Instead, after explaining what the pizza looked like and the fact I never got "said refund, " he proceeded to hang up the phone on me even though I was being completely cordial and respectful. I called back 3x thinking it was my phone dropping the call from cell service. Nope, its Lincoln the manager not being able to take constructive criticism when I told him im sharing pics with my neighbors and telling them the pizza was dangerously undercooked resulting in a mish mash of "wet dog food lookin', donut lookin' pizza that was not even close to the 16inch Brooklyn style pizza I initially ordered. Horrible experience, placed an order and had it disappear according to them so I reorder and have the delivery driver call asking me to meet him at the office. So I go to office and he isn't even anywhere in the parking lot and I call him back but my number is blocked. I call the place and they block my number. Keep in mind I've never had a problem with them in the last 1.5-2 years, however they now are just pathic.
All I wanted was some food like the driver was about to give a tip you can't be rude for no reason. My total was 27.14 or something like that and I had $35 in my hand when I went to the office. I've never gave any of them a problem in the past this is just I can't even ask for a manager to speak to because my number is being rejected.

Can't believe all the bad reviews.this is the best Domino's I've been to! Didn't take pictures because we expected the pizza to be normal nothing amazing like it was. We were on vacation in Carlsbad, needed a quick bite to eat decided to try this pizza place, order was ready less than 20 minutes later, brought the pizza to our hotel pizza was still warm. Thank you Domino's for an amazing pizza and fast & easy ordering.

Absolute worst service/food E-VER! Wherever I go in this country-I always order Dominos-well-NOT anymore. Cold, hard day-old pizza with the most minimal of cheese/toppings. The cheese appears to have been applied with a SQUEEGEE! I got sick from this pizza. Called&got"Devin-Douchebag-Extraordinaire"NOTHIN but attitude! Everyone@this location should be fired w/EXTREME prejudice so that they can NEVER work in this industry E-VER again. Dear Dominos: pls close this location so that the orders go to a different store-this place is just a cruel trick! Ur not doing ANYONE-ANY favors by keeping it open.

Last night I ordered a pizza well before the cut off time, and the employees decided they just didn’t feel like making it. So they canceled my order prior to the store closing. And would not answer the phone. Idk who your night staff is but they’re horrible. Shocking how you have business hours, yet pick and choose what orders to take If I could leave zero stars I would

I live in the La Costa Hills 4 min away, but every time I order delivery it takes 2 - 2.5 hours to get it for some reason. Lincoln canceled my order tonight after I put it in 30 min prior to closing. Not the first time this has happened, actually about the fourth. This pizza chain has officially lost my business since being a huge fan for about a decade, and they never seemed to recover since Covid started with any sort of customer service or efficiency. Seems like a sure fire way to go bankrupt, wouldn’t be surprised with all of the other 1 star reviews.

Consistently awful experience and I’m finally done. This last time with them was the straw that broke the camels back.

They cant accurately estimate delivery times, don’t answer their phones, drop your call when you’ve been on hold for 10 mins, and are overall rude and unhelpful. I’m normally chill about this stuff but my goodness it’s been awful with this location.

When you call to order it is an answering service that doesnt help when there is an issue with your order. I tried 3 cards and cash, none of them went thru.so they transfer me to the store so you can stay on hold for 30-40 minutes. I even tried ordering online. NO LUCK.this is the 2nd time I have had issues with Domino's at different t stores.guess it's time to find a new pizza place

The food we got was good. They forgot all of our sauces which made the breadsticks a bit dry. We considered calling but we waited for 20 minutes in the location the phone rang constantly and NO ONE ever answered it.

I rarely post reviews but this time i really could not control myself. Ordered 4 medium pizza and when i get there they even forgot to prep the 4 th one.
When i get home saw half of my pizza does not even have a topping on them and the other half where burnet. Call them and they act with an attitude which really put me on fire.
Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else

Don't bother with delivery here. If you want anything save yourself the time, money, and cold food experience by just carrying out. 90 minute order duration is nuts.

For the last three orders it has taken over 1 hour for our pizza to get here, we are 10 minutes away - and the boxes are squooshed and the pizza is cold. We report it each time but they do nothing. Terrible service and yes we will just order from somewhere from now on.

Waited over 1 hour for my pizza, got text updates along the way pizza was marked as delivered. Walked outside and saw no pizza, called the store at 9: 40pm and was informed the driver couldn’t get through my gate my order had been cancelled and they are closed as of now. Very dissatisfied order somewhere else not here.

It's Dominos, but for a Domino's it's fast, friendly, and never screwed up an order.

This Dominos location is THE WORST.

They take 90+ minutes to deliver and always say they don't have enough drivers. This has been going on for over a year.

Super rude staff, pizza always arrives late and cold. Don't order from here if you want to eat any time soon.

Domino’s has come a long way! Great pizza! Hadn’t tried it in years. Will it be our go to pizza.

This Dominos store never disappoints! Food is awesome. Delivery is quick! Friendly and caring staff. I’ve really never had an issue and I’ve ordered here many times. Always online.

You have to be very high to enjoy. Won't take coupons they send me. Try to sell me parmesan & red peppers! Go to Best Pizza & Brew. Better pizza and free parmesan & peppers. $. 1.50 a slice after 9pm.
