We go to this dominoes, probably once a week normally getting pizza or pizza and pasta. Tonight we ordered pizza and pasta on the way into we dropped the box. The pizza went all over outside. I called over and asked if they would be willing to remake the pizza for us.without hesitation, they said yes I drove over to pick it up. We had a little laugh about the situation. No matter what you get here it is always good and the service is always very friendly. Their actions tonight will definitely keep us coming back. Thank you Dominos <3
Placed an order on 8/17 and was never delivered. Called to ask for a refund, and saw my credit card was charged anyway. Not the first time, certainly the last. Never ordering Domino's again.
So I ordered and the wrong pizza was delivered. The manager not only fixed it but made up for it. I value costumer service, it's what keeps me as a customer.
