4Does Dominos NEVER TURN THE OPEN SIGN ON AT NIGHT ANYMORE? I ORDERED TWO NIGHTS AGO WENT TO PICK UP, AND IT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS CLOSED. I ALMOST DIDN'T GO IN.
I just wish they cooked their pan pizza all the way through I'm tired of the middle of it not being done it was so raw the other day it made my dog sick
I would’ve said this is a 5 star place in the past, but as of today, absolutely terrible, missing the most basic concepts of customer service, after an incorrect order. I got the food so I guess that’s something, even if it was wrong, paid for extra sauce, got NO sauce, guy on the phone is arguing with me that he personally made the pizza and put the sauce. Where is the sauce bro? ! (See picture)
In the future, when you done effed up, just accept it and move on, could’ve ended the issue, “sauce is missing” and he says “ok, our bad, let me send out the correct version”.
NOT making up his own world of physics and explains; he put the sauce on and the bread and the cheese absorbed the sauce, and “maybe I didn’t see the EXTRA on the sauce”. Ok then, conversation over; you already admit you messed up, the rest is just semantics of you trying to dodge responsibility. Next time just accept that you made a mistake, fix it, and there’s a 5 star review instead of 2
A lot of my times eating here we either got the wrong thing or just cold soggy pizza, only about two times I have eaten here it was good pizza, the staff is always distracted or out of order, they need to pay closer attention to who orders what.
