Domino's Pizza, West Covina CA

Pepperoni Cheesy bread was a lil raw from the inside. Dough wasn't fully cooked all the way. Dough was chewy.

Not all locations taste the same. I like this place better than the one close to me. Worth the drive.

The chicken on my pizza was rotten me and my girl we where so hungry we order the regular jam, chicken and mushrooms and literally 2 slices in we where like this pizza smells funny we checked all Ingredients and chicken was bad like my whole room was smelling like rotten! Came to return and manager girl was so rude, she called me a paisa cuz she couldn't understand me! Just cuz he was being smart trying to say I just want it a free pizza!

Your are all quick and efficient and super sweet delivery driver was rock star awesome, the drivers back at home are bit aggressive so it was a nice experience to have drivers here in California.
Thank you again you all saved me from some angry gremlins attacking me (children).

Summer 2021. Since I moved to the area, I've been a constant domino's customer.today, I'm really disappointed. The large pizza is WATERd down flavor. Pepperoni is thiner, pineapple, no flavor; cheese=yuk, dugh not fully cooked, and sauce.as if pissed on. I want to think it's a one day issue. But I will hold any tips if next time I get the same; I'll go somewhere else. I only saw one employee fully greatful to be there, out of about 7+.
Is it because of a long week end? No excuses!
We're paying customers, I'm sure another store will be glad to see us.
It's September 2023 now 2yrs from my above post.
This time they really screwed up a$13/$14 pizza, they charged $34+ dollars.
That is highway robbery.you should be ashamed of yourselves ZERO Stars for you and to top of. Hour and a half to deliver a warm soggy pizza.
UNACCEPTABLE.worst service there is.

Order online 11: 35, Approximately 26-36 minutes, pick up at 12: 05, told me need more20-30 minutes, just saw two employee.

Very good Domino's pizza but the worst in the service with the rude employees especially a fat employee who is in charge of collecting and not even the manager shows her face To put a complein I do not recommend at least this place is the worst I have seen the service is horrible and lousy

Terrible service took nearly 2 hours to get my pizza to my door and I only ordered 2 large pizzas. Took an hour and 45 minutes to be exact from when I ordered. I also called their store questioning and the response was 30 more minutes. They then hung up on me.

This place service is horrible when I arrived they couldn't find my order someone else order was all wrong for all the trouble they still charge me a dollar for a ranch never again here

So I called because my son got food poising from eating a pizza. I notified the location and a rude female employee told me that's the first because I've order plenty of pizzas and said it can be many of things o had just order the pizza. This employee was none empathetic SUPER RUDE and lacked customer service. Hey I'm calling to notified them maybe there was something wrong. I wasn't even arguing and they offered supervisor contact I told them they were distasteful and rude. I will be contacting their district manager for better employee training. Other then that the driver was polite was the ONLY person with good customer service

I like the employees they are very nice, my son tried to order a pizza and they let me order, just 10/10

Bad customer service, the shift manager girl is rude and unprofessional. I came in to order my pizza, I paid cash, then manager girl tells me that's why I heard because I'm a beaner. Lol, I had no idea what she was talking about, I didn't hear anything until she said that. Then the lady that handed me my pizza ask if I wanted napkins, I said yes. Then manager girl says now go eat it in your car. I ignored just got my pizza walked out but as I'm walking out she says that's why. I didn't think anything but later I got the worst case of Diarrhea. I never had a problem with Dominos but I was sick all night after eating Dominos pizza. It was bad. I'm never ordering from this location again.

It was the literal definition of “working their wage”

The manager girl was rude and tried to escalate, I de-escalated it the situation. Delivery guy was proud that he delivered it to the wrong building w a non existent address. Also made the excuse for now going back to retrieve it as “the pizza was already cold when he was delivering it. ” Instead of trying to find 1840, he dropped it off at either 1838 or 1842 in a senior living complex that only have apartments that only go by 100-300 and there were no double digit apartment numbers like in my address.

Now there’s a pizza that will rot over night at some unfortunate elderly persons front door for their lack of care to return it back to the store when they couldn’t find the address.

Can’t believe I gave them a 20% tip.
