Domino's Pizza, San Rafael CA

First off the people who work there can’t answer the phone properly to save their lives. I called 9 times at least but they hung up on me or simply put me on hold and then hung up on me. They requested I say my address multiple times and they would say, not ask “NO, your street name” after a little bit of that back and forth they just asked over and over if it was main street. To clarify a bit my street starts with a d and the second word starts with a w. When that didn’t work they would then say no, the cross road and when I would say what my cross road was they would ask again. I understand if they didn’t understand the first few times but after that many times it’s not really acceptable. I don’t know if they don’t speak english completely or something but if you can’t speak both then you simply shouldn’t work there. As you can tell from my gmail dominos has been my favorite pizza place since my early teens even before I even knew how to write it properly hence the random e. I haven’t ordered from here in a year or two but from the other reviews the people simply don’t know how to do their jobs anymore. It’s pretty annoying since I loved everything about dominos but now it’s a big ol bruh moment trying to even contact them. I couldn’t even say my order. I just wanted some pizza for that nostalgia but from my observations they need to get new employees or just shut down at this point. Dominos is one of the top 5’s but the fact that this one isn’t even a 4 star should speak volumes. Well there’e my rant, take my words with a grain of salt if you wish.

This place used to be good. The pizza is iether undercooked or overcooked toppings are not evenly distributed. Even with 3 people i. The kitchen wait time is crazy high.

The way my jaw dropped when I opened the box to this catastrophe. I'm so insulted that someone actually boxed this up and sent this out. Never in my life have I ordered a pizza where they forgot to put the sauce IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PIZZA? The one slice is all crust, with just a little sauce on the tip. When I called and ask for a refund, the girl just hung up on me. Deleting the app.

Horrible, I literally waited 15 minutes for them to answer me and they never answered me, and also I have seen them in the place just ignoring the phone.

I placed an order online for delivery, delivery time was stated as 11pm. It did not arrive until 11: 40 pm, it wad cold and the order was made incorrectly. Would not order from this location again the attention to detail is lacking. Dominos as a company should look at what delivery time they are promising to customers.

They were way behind schedule so they just cancelled my order. Employee was a complete jerk about it. I waited 30min and there and walked away empty handed. Won’t go back to this location.

The online codes to this store doesn't work and u have to pay the full price at the store very disappointed cause it's the closest store for where I live

It's very cheap of them that they can't offer a few packets of Parmesan. Only sell it.

Great service and Great Food even though my order was pretty late at night I had great service from I believe the manager Andy.

The food and everything is good but the only thing I don't like is that they never answer the cell phone, I mean I've literally been calling for 10 minutes and they don't answer!

Dominoes pizza on Woodland Ave in San Rafael will survive the apocalypse. Sales have never slowed down. It's a hardworking pizza shop. I end up getting a pizza there a few times a year. Pretty good for what you'd expect for chain pizza. I like the hand rolled pepperoni and sausage. You'll have to ask for parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Green peppers on the pies look good.

They mixed up my order even when there were just 2 call-in orders. Got chicken wings and pizza full of meat instead of veggie pizza and spinach feta bread. We are vegetarian.

When I tried calling in to let them know that I would like to return the same, there was no answer. Ended up wasting 40 dollars.

They forgot a major item in our order. When we called they said they were "waiting to hear from you whether you still wanted it before sending the driver out again. " I paid for it so of course I wanted it! Had to wait another 45 minutes before the missing item was delivered. No apologies for the mistake, no offer of a refund or even a coupon. First time ordering from them and will never again.
