6Too much noise in the background. Josh who was taking my order did not have the patience while I was placing my order. I kept asking him to repeat himself because it was too loud in the background. I understand it is a busy day but it is customer service. Take the time.
Took them 3 hours to deliver my pizza and too top it off the gave me some other pizzas with the wrong ingredients
Ordered at 12: 37 said between 1: 17 - 1: 25 pm it would be ready 1: 30 they still haven’t even prepped the order 1: 50 still haven’t started canceled order thanks for all that wait time get it together! This would have been the first time we had dominoes in a long time now I remember why
Honestly this Dominos doesn’t even deserve my 1 star. The customer service I received was so horrible and uncalled for. It was raining so bad today so I completely understood that I had to wait for my order to be prepared and deliver. Order was placed at 8: 30 and it is now 11: 00 and I have yet to receive my order. When I called the store at 10: 30 to check on my order they guy said “next time don’t order on a rainy day” Are you kidding me. This is ridiculous.
They used to be my favorite domino’s but as of the past few times they managed to get my orders wrong. Mistakes happen and I’m very understanding.
How the problem is solved is what does it for me.
The manager here is horrible! Basically called me a liar and hung up because he was short staffed. I called back and he made it seem like he was doing me a favor by answering my call.
Check your order before leaving and don't buy the wings (go to Wingstop down the block). This store has made multiple mistakes. Not cool paying for a five topping pizza then receiving a one topping. Management said bring the wrong pizza back to prove it and we will then make the right pizza and I'll get a free Sprite. Really?
