Domino's Pizza, Rancho Cucamonga CA

I was very satisfied. I ordered a pep with jalapeños and they for got the jalapeños. I told them the.intake showed my receipt.they gave me the original pep remade my order and gave me a free order of the garlic knots

Ive ordered so many times for them and i honestly enjoy it most times. But ive ordered pizza with buffalo sauce 3 times that they have as an option and every time the pizzas missing buffalo sauce. Just dont have it as an option if you aren't carrying it

Most racist and incompetent Establishment I've ever seen! When they couldn't find my order the man over the phone shouted from the back "just hang up on them they can by chicken and watermelon instead" and this was after he laughed at my African American name! Wow! As a nurse and first responder that makes me really disappointed in this generation. I will.make sure I inform every one I know to never buy from this location! This happened 10 minutes ago.

Worst experience ever! They messed up my order and gave me the complete wrong pizza! They gave me someone else’s pizza! I asked them to deliver a new one to me and they told me I had to pay their delivery charge of $6 plus tip! I told them I would tip their driver for his time and they still refused to help. They kept saying I have to bring it back for a refund or exchange. After their lack of empathy to help get me a new pizza I asked for refund for their cheap pizza and I told them I would send a photo of the disgusting pizza they gave me to prove it was their mistake and they still refused to help. They kept stating I have to bring it back to them, so I have to waste my time and gas for their mistake! That’s complete non-sense, not my fault at all so why do I have to be punished and waste my time and gas to get a refund for their mistake! Do not waste your time here if they make a mistake you will have to correct it for them and they will not help you. I will never go here again and will drive out of my way to go anywhere else but here. Does the photo look like sausage, pepperoni, onions and banana peppers? Nope!

Dude. I'm close by but damn, less than 20 minutes on my doorstep!? Major props. Always good pizza.

Usually i order and have no problem but tonight my order was all messed up Martin who said my order was correct when i called didnt even cut the pizza or make my order to standard as it states on the website. Hate giving bad reviews but after i spend $30 i was not satisfied. Come on dominos do better

I used to go to Domino's about maybe 5 years ago it wasn't good so I decided to try it again recently OMG! I have not stopped ordering this place is amazing customer service is A food is delicious fresh and I will keep going with Domino's now love the place on arrow in Rancho Cucamonga

Went there for an anniversary party. Excellent experience. The food was great and all the service people I came across were outstanding. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

The pizza and customer service is excellent. Love that our pizza is delivered at the perfect temperature to eat.

I order from this place all the time. Am I little ones love it. The food is always ready on time and hot. I have nothing negative to say about this Domino's Pizza. Everything I've experienced is friendly, courteous and professional not to mention the prices are good. Will be definitely be buying from here over and over

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered two pizzas that gave both my boyfriend & I food poisoning. My case is alot worse than his but we will not be ordering from here again.

Great customer service. Walked in to order a few pizzas for an office Halloween potluck and walked out with them in 10 minutes. The 3 employees were so helpful, recommend a square cut. Thank you
