This was Absolutely the worst customer service location I have ever been in. The two females working there were rude, argumentative, and dismissive to say the least. I asked pricing and questioned the difference between online prices and in store to which she shrugged and said the prices are what they are. Then abruptly urged me to finish placing my order and she apparently had more important things to do. I informed her I no longer wanted the order and would be going elsewhere. To which she made a snide remark which I did not dignify with a response and left. Absolutely terrible.

Management and employees are rude amd will leave you on hold for 28 minutes before hanging up.

Visiting Yosemite so just here in town for a couple nights. I’m always weary of new places but they hit the nail on the head tonight! Celeste went above and beyond ensuring my food was correct and made to order. Also doing the carside delivery within 30 seconds of me saying I was there. Give Celeste a raise!

Very easy ordering online and my pizza came in a timely matter just the way I ordered it, driver was very polite also.

So pizza was pretty good. Better than last time. But the lava cakes didn't have such a happy ride. Unfortunately I didn't figure it out until after we ate pizza otherwise I would have called in for a replacement.

I ordered a Pan Cali chicken bacon ranch pizza and for it to be well done. I got a pizza that had white onions on it, and no tomatoes or bacon and was undercooked and not cut all the way through. Tried to reach out to the store, but was on hold for over 10+ minutes.

They forgot my salad and I also ordered a soda and didn't get it either and had to wait 2 hours for my order tryed calling them and spent an hour on hold and still didn't get it resolved

Tried to order but cut off. Went back online and order gone. Don't try to deliver this order because prices were different and system would not take cancellation.

Managers are extremely rude and show they can careless about customers and the product quality. Most of the drivers, drive like maniacs and don’t have lights working or use turn signals. Food before has been received messed up and damaged. As knowing how this store works, I will say they don’t care at all. Store manager never wants to deal with customers at all and sends other management to take care of her business. If you honestly want fresh food I’d recommend picking it up about 12-20 minutes after placing your order. That’s if you even want to order from Domino’s in general.

I do not recommend Domino's Pizza because they are poorly educated employees. They left me standing there waiting and they didn't attend me I was just talking and they didn't listen to me They are some racist people I will never go there again

I just wanna say I always have a great experience with Dominos. I usually place orders for delivery when I’m feeling tired like today…I had a long day at work and placed an online delivery order and my delivery driver Rebecca got here so quick! She was so friendly and greeted me as she was walking up to my house, I just loved her energy she seems like a great person!:) I had to mention her because it really is the little things in life that can make someone’s day brighter. So thank you Rebecca!

I called in an order and the call was sent to a call center outside of the store, customer service person had broken English and was very hard to understand. When the pizza delivery was 15 minutes late I called again, after going through an automated system, being on hold for approximately 3-5 minutes, I was greeted with a rude employee from the local restaurant. When asked about the delivery of my pizza and the time of arrival his response was “it just left”. When asked how long it would be to get to me he responded “I don’t know” and hung up.
Domino’s why are you outsourcing your calls? At employee’s Be Nice! Not all of your customers are rude and unkind! Treat others as you want to be treated, it wasn’t my fault my order was delivered late.

Celeste and William did an amazing job. Celeste cooked my pizza nice hot and crunchy I love how the bacon has that crunch! My pizza was delivered with care I’m satisfied thank you Celeste and William from an ex employee

Bad customer service, not just employees but managers too. I called for an ETA and customer all rude answer the phone mad telling me to just pick up my order. If I had a ride I wouldn’t have asked for delivery. When I asked her for her name she wanna hang up on me. I called back and manager wanna have an attitude because now I’m mad at their service. By the way I got my delivery over 2 hours later and got wrong order! I’ll never order from this Dominos AGAIN!

I placed an online/delivery order. I tracked the driver. He is off track. It took him a while to get to place. The tracker showed that he was around the corner where there are NO houses. He finally rang the doorbell. He didn’t have my complete order. He left 3 sodas at the store. He told me he would bring them back. My pizza box was slightly open. I took the box anyway. As soon as I opened the box, it looked like the pieces had a fight within the box. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I thought I was being pranked. I’ve been ordering here for years. I’ve never experienced anything like this. I decided to go to the store to take a look at the staff and get a refund: I wanted to see who allowed this pizza to come to a home that ALWAYS give them great business and leave great tips. I went to the store, showed the cashier my pizza, and asked for a FULL refund. I did NOT feel comfortable eating ANYTHING from there after seeing that pizza like that. I also had 6 BBQ wings. The cashier (who claim she was a manger) and another worker, in which she stated was the manager also. She Told me that I can only get a refund for the pizza because my complaint was about the pizza. My complaint is about the service, the pizza, and so much more. On top of that, I was not comfortable with eating food from there. Now, added on to that complaint…. The fact that I have to sit here and go through this back and forth about a mishap on the stores part. I have an in store customer service complaint. I’m appalled. I’m disappointed and so much more. Everything is over. Hopefully, they really did refund the ENTIRE PAYMENT back to my card like she said she would. I want to dead this experience but if not I will wake it back up. I recorded my entire interaction with them. The 2 Stars came from the service that I received prior from this particular day. I have received great serve from the old staff before.
