Domino's Pizza, Red Bluff CA

ALL I WANTED WAS TO NOT HAVE TO COOK. Do better, worst customer service messed up my pizza expected me to wait 30 extra minutes and acted like I was an inconvenience for wanting my money back and a receipt to prove it even though she found it acceptable to mark my order as complete and expected me to wait for it. If you have had to get your order voided double check and make sure you got it and even worse she just kept giving the manager (who was great by the way) that attitude saying she is just doing it how (craig) the owner told her. Glad it was checked cause it wasn't done properly the first time.

Used to work here, we’d get high and mess around all the time and we still didn’t mess up orders as spectacularly as they seem to every time I order. Left with no bad blood, don’t even order under my name and my last 4 purchases here had practically inedible screwups. This is embarrassing, Craig if you still own this place what the heck is going on?

I ordered through online ordering, they put that the order was completed at 5: 41pm. We are located 15min away, we traveled and HALF of our order was not completed. We had to also remind them of items on our order that were missing. We waited, we had to wait till 6: 30pm! When I called to see if we can get a discount or something the gentleman that spoke to me was incredibly rude and told me to "just call corporate" then hung up. I wish I could have gotten his name.whoever he is, I hope he learns better customer service. His attitude was one of the main reasons this review is so low.

Rude staff guy throwing around garbage bags pissed cussing because he had to walk across the parking lot to deliver someone a pizza and 3 2litter arrived pizza supposed to be done by 12 for my ladys lunch break didn't get started tell 12: 15 so her lunch was over before it was done uncomfortable with the aggressive behavior of staff I have been in customer service it's tough but when u have someone in the building u shut ur mouth and do ur job and cuss and vent later

Good pizza and friendly employees. They seem to have new people working often and they sometimes get the order wrong. But the manager quickly fixes the issue.

Beware when ordering from Dominos on Main st they constantly get the order WRONG and don't make good on their mistakes which is to say nothing of the orver charging that goes on perhaps if the food was better I would not have complained buts even sub par shame on you Dominos on Main Street

Ordered three sandwiches and all were disappointing. The Italian sandwich had the wrong bread with barely any food inside. Asked for no onions on another and it was littered with onions. Third one had two tiny pieces of bacon and no ranch in the chicken bacon ranch. To top it all off they brought us a warm 2 liter to drink. Very disappointed with tonight's purchase.

William was most helpful, although delivery could not be made. William offered all of the services he could as a retail sales person. Thank you William for all off your help, if only dominoes would deliver to Los molinos all of us would be happy lol thank you william.

I had not been to domino for years I’m never one really writes reviews on anything but We ordered specialty one chicken with white sauce I can’t have anything with red sauce on it well after eating pizza we both started feeling sick with stomachaches I’m more sensitive to food type sensitivity so my symptoms have progressed into similar nausea feeling and gut cramping pains I was disappointed plus cheese overcooked scotched and only 7 pieces of chicken on it Ridiculous only have such small amounts of chicken for 20.00 pizza This was my personal experience with pizza ordered but everyone experiences different I’m not trying to discourage anyone from ordering pizza from them

Depending on what day of the week, will effect the quality of food. Mid week not so great, but if you tell them about it, they are good to replace your order or give you a coupon for a free pizza next time. But for what it lacks for in the food occasionally, it well makes up for it with the delivery drivers. Always have a great experience, they are all very friendly, efficient, and courteous. A big win for the delivery drivers! Keep up the good work!

Pizza is good now.
They are better than I grew up knowing them to be. I love them as a quick go-to meal and I always get the deals for my team when I buy at work. HOWEVER, the driver… I’ve had the worst of luck with pizzas being delivered. One driver in particular delivered my pizza today and I signed for my pizza and he stormed out slamming my reception door wide open and then he sped off from the front parking area. Look, they don’t make there wages off my tips so if they expect to receive a good tip from me, be polite and deliver my pizza professionally, or don’t work there. Because this pizza is a lot better and this driver is making me reconsider even ever ordering from there pizza.
The two stars is heavily weighed down due to the interaction of this driver, otherwise I rather enjoy the pizza nowadays.

I would guess it was a new employee. There was so little toppings on the the pizza that it tasted like a pizza sauce pizza, instead of a combination/pineapple pizza. I’m 72, and have never felt that I had to express my feelings about the taste of a pizza.

Service and food was okay, nothing special. I had a carry out order and when I got home with my food, they gave me the wrong pizza so I had to go all the way back to get it fixed. Domino's did make me another pizza but what a pain.
