Domino's Pizza, San Diego CA

Bad service and I go to the store and according to what it tells me. That 15 to 25 minutes and they make me wait an hour. I still called by phone and my pizza arrived in one hour and thirty minutes. To be honest, I rejected it out of anger and I will never order from that place again.

My pizza arrived two hours late, that's rude, if not, they have employees, they should shut down that Dominoes pizza place.

No delivery driver's that night but the mgr, stayed past closing while I convinced my ex wife to let me borrow her car needless to say it took some begging and half of my pizza but I did get my order thanks to a caring mgr,

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I specified no cheese on my pizza because Im allergic, when they came pizza had cheese. Called the location and they said that the pizza comes with two kinds of cheese and that they have to put it on, although I said no cheese.they can see that online that other cheese doesnt show up anywhere and tell me to call dominos head quarters. THE MANAGER HUNGED UP THE PHONE THREE TIMES AND KEPT ASKING FOR CREDIT CARD. I WILL PUT A COMPLAINT ON THEM

I order from alot of Dominos locations, this location never misses. Always perfectly baked, the first shift here are awesome sometimes only one person working and still great customer service, pizzas from other dominos locations can’t match the quality and freshness.

This place is terrible. Ordered delivery for Two pizzas and some garlic twists. Two pizzas show up, no garlic twists. Call the store and speak to a manager, "We will send it right out to you! " OK. Another hour goes by, call store again. This is two hours after placing my initial order. "Oh, we made it but never sent anyone to deliver it. Oh, and we won't give you a refund for it either, only a credit. " As if I'd ever order from this place again to use that credit. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Oh, and the employee I spoke with was nice but the manager was rude.

I ordered from this location recently 6/23/23. The employee, Judith was very sweet and professional. The delivery was fast as well. I will definitely order again.

They have good deals but the cashier won't tell you. You would need to ask if they have specials.

My delivery driver was so rude He wouldn't take my $20 bc of a small rip and actually asked for the pizzas back after I already brought them in the house for my excited hungry kids. And had an attitude before the pizzas were even dropped off. There's other dominos and giant pizza king up the street just order from there instead cheaper too.

So. Now. I'm giving Domino's a 5 because out of all fast food pizza rias doms os on point. Good quality food. The variety is another reason why I give Domino's a cool 5

We didn't know there was a dining area, so we brought back in our pickup order of super hot pizza and ate it freshly baked. It's our favorite way to eat it. The shop was clean and a nice place to enjoy our food.

Pizza was great! Everything was hot when it arrived and the manager Armando has excellent customer service! Thank you for making this experience great.

The nerve of the delivery driver asking for a freaking tip or if i should use the card in file for the tip. That is truly unprofessional plus I got a nasty rude phone call from a either one the employee that was kind enough to leave a derogatory term on my voice-mail. This is the worse place to get pizza from.

Ordered pizza, never got it, but was charged. This place definitely has some kind of scam going, marking pizzas as delivered when they weren’t and charging customers- don’t give this location your money. Pizza was marked as delivered in the tracker but nowhere to be found. Called the store and was told driver was up the street. Went outside and waited but the guy never showed. Called the store back and they stopped answering the phone (it was 12: 45am). When I called the next day some girl answered and said it was cancelled and refunded. Told her that’s not what happened and she quickly got defensive and asked if I’m having a bad day, or if I’m angry - then she hung up on me. I’m now dealing with the corporate office and they are taking action. ***Update 10/15 - still never received a refund. Corporate has a complaint in with this location and the franchise owner contacted. This place deserves to be closed.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This location lacks the quality and consistency that every other Domino's has. This is the first time I leave a review but not the first time I have not received what I ordered and paid for. I ordered 2 medium hand tossed pizzas both with two toppings and extra sauce. What I received was two dry pizzas that look like thin crust with minimal toppings. I try to avoid this location at all cost.
