Domino's Pizza, Fresno CA

Ordered pizza and dips/bread combo for pickup. When I got home I discovered they forgot the bread twists and unless I wanted to eat the dip with a spoon it meant the majority of my order was missing and/or inedible. Called to ask for refund for the missing bread/dip combo and was told I would only get an in-store credit for the $2 bread twists. Thomas-the-snowflake manager said he couldn’t do anything else and then went on a rant about me being rude. God forbid a customer be upset about getting only half the order they paid for…

We had the totally tasteless pepperoni cheese bread delivered to our home that is less than 5 minutes from the store. It took an hour from order to delivery. It was in quality check for 25 minutes. The only tasty thing was the marinara sauce. A totally bad experience for my first order from this store.

When I walked in the shop, the services was bad. The guy up front was rlly rude. Once I picked up the pizza and checked it was very thin and I asked for cheese pizza but they put more toppings on there that I didn’t ask for.

Online ordering is a ease. Online coupons deals are great. Sometimes when you order using a coupon, the pizza will lack cheese and toppings (please don't cost cut or stop giving Online coupons deals if you can't make a profit without cost cutting)

I’ve ordered a pizza over 45 mins ago and I’m still waiting. Quality check started at 632 pm. It is now 25 mins later. I hate going on?

Service was slow. When you order pizza and do curb side pick up, they will hit the button saying they already delivered it to you and then have you wait another 20 mins. And the pizza used to taste good like 2 years ago, now it's just bland. Probably won't eat domino's anymore.

Delicious tried this location for the first time.staff was on top of everything and nice.throwing this place in my rotation for sure

They advertise carryout until 10pm but cut it off at 930pm. Also if you call in for an order, it goes to a call center in India, accents so bad can't understand what they are saying.

If this review will have less 3 ️ stars i will give minus 3 stars to the manager, that he worked today monday 13th of february 2023.i never see a manager whit the worse actitud, and was very rude, didn’t care about customers, and he never show empathy and sympathy of mi issue.i been order pizzas at this location for over 3 years and i never have to go back to the store and return the worse pizza i ever had in my life! The Brooklyn Pizza was soggy, uncooked, and so many grease! And i been order this pizza before at this location and was so crispy, the pepperoni was cook so perfect crunchy, but, today was so completely different.the cook was so sorry and lazy that trow the pizza in the oven and take out quick, any way, i went back and talk to manager 1) he was upset to listening my complain and refused to give me back my money 2) he told me that all Brooklyn Pizza are coming like that wow! 3) he only want to give me a credit for next time, and he can give me a partial refund, so i told him check the receipt the medium pizza was free, it’s when i order a lot of pizzas, i can redeem one pizza for me.when i left i look the manager open and close the box of the pizza, and talk w the cook and seems like i was wrong and the manager was right, no sorry, no how i can change ur experience today? I can offer to make another pizza and its free! Nothing he was up set! I will never comeback to buy a dominos pizza.lets go to pizza hut!

Popped in a nice slice wit 5 topping for the greater it because their are a few that could make a pizza into lifestyle and art, a masterpiece of my eating.yummy.

Unreal quality and delicious sandwiches pizza and parmesan bites. I don't exaggerate and rarely post positive reviews but this Dominos is hands down the best pizza place in Fresno! Updating my review after a year of going there, still unbelievable food. I sure hope they're paying the folks well there.

2 years later and this Dominoes still always gets the order right! We order about once a month on average using online ordering. Earning a free large pizza is pretty great! The online coupons can not be beat! Love the garlic crust. The following review is still completely relevant even though it's now 2 years old.

Always make it perfect! Clean place, friendly crew, my favourite location to order from. We don't ever do delivery, so I can't share experience with that. But my pick up orders are always on time and made perfect.
