Domino's Pizza, Murrieta CA

This place is so so so horrible food quality and service wise. They over charge so they can make up for all the loss! They hate anyone and just don’t want to work period.

Busy Friday night regardless my order was delivered in 15 minutes and excellent customer service for folk waiting at the store.

Almost an hour for a carryout order placed online. Order put it the oven to bake over 50 minutes after tracker said it was being prepped. Given ranch sauces but I purchased garlic. Counter couldn't provide me with a zero balance receipt. Not even a hint of an apology given.

So I ordered a Pizza online. Dominos is never all that great of a pizza, but it is close, and we had a coupon, so went for it. I went to pick it up, about 8 min from my house.and waited, still getting prepped, waited, still has not moved on the app, still in prep mode, 40 minutes later, moved to bake!
I was not expecting much, but when I got the pizza home, it was still piping hot, so it did "just" come out of the oven. It was a Sausage and Mushroom Brooklyn style pizza, and wow, it was amazing. Way better than the corn meal cr@p they usually have. I will have this more often, Dominos has gone up a notch on taste.

Ordered on the app and after 1.5 hours of waiting and tracking the order through the app, called the store and was informed that they don’t deliver to my area. Supposedly they called (not showing on my phone) and was basically told “oh well”.

So i ordered my pizza. Waited over an hour in a half. Called the store the could not find my order at first. They finally found my order and said that it was out for delivery. Why was my cold pizza sitting in the window outside my house.they never knocked or ring the doorbell. Where they do that at! Poor customer service and delivery service.

Horrible food prep. The salad I received was so wilted and brown core pieces. IJust so bad in the trash it went. The Italian sandwich as bunt, I won't ever order again.
Quality been going down at this location.

Here we go again. Ordered at 4: 20 pm. At 5: 08 the tracker related the order was still being prepared. I called the store and they related they were super busy. I still had 2 orders ahead of mine. When I ordered the app stated approximate delivery time was in 34 minutes. I cancelled the order and went to Marcos pizza. Dominos sucks!

Was told an hour wait for carryout pizza. Showed up and told it would be another hour and a half.

Being a regular dominos customer for a long time this is the worst location I have ever come across 3 states in the US. Every time I ordered with them (every time by mistake of my location being accessed automatically) my order was delayed by 3-4 times than estimated OR the quality of food was not up to mark, under cooked pizza or burnt pizza was provided. The pizza was not even worth keeping to be eaten as left over the next day. Horrible horrible experience with the staff which does not even care 2 hoots for being on schedule with what the company claims.

Had an issue ordering online and had to wait for my pizza. I was helped in store right away and management was very kind and fixed the issue with a free pizza. The issue is that I had to sit and wait 40 minutes for the pizza. IDK what's going on here but it's bad. Be warned.

I really love this Domino’s location. Their Pizza is always hot and fresh. They also believe me that I really want that many toppings on a thin crust pizza. They try not to skimp out on toppings when it is more than others typically request! It’s my PIZZA. LET ME HAVE WHAT I WANT!

Lets just say ignorance is bliss. I recommend you never order from this dominos ever, 50% of the staff are using no gloves and 100% are being unhygienic.
For starts they have a man making pizza with no gloves with bloody scabs all over his hands, so if u order a pizza i hope you enjoy those bloody flakes, second a woman is constantly answering her phone then getting back to making pizza, im sorry but ik you guys dont wash your phone (72% phones are dirtier than toilet seats) so imma just leave this for you if you thought about getting a pizza, i would recommend getting another one on margarita cause at least they care.

Called and complained about a week ago concerning only 2 chunks of chicken on my sandwich and they apologized with a coupon. Ordered tonight and got a hair in the pizza. Thanks. Will NOT be going back.

For God's sake please update your delivery area. Less than 2 miles down the street is not out of your delivery zone.

Order ahead little wait time. They don't have pepper or mozzarella cheese packages anymore
