What the bell is this place they messed up my pizza and when i went down to complain I had to be carry loud becise the teens that work here don’t don’t know what there doing they have no Wrok ethics and I should not go to this place again these kids need to get it together

We are so mad with this store They took so long to get our orders ready We will waiting for 45 minutes I said to them. I don't want to pizza anymore. I asked to get a refund. They told me they're not going to Give me my money back. They were laughing when I ask for a refund.
No respect I told him I was going to contact corporate. And they said go for it. Don't Buy here

All I was trying to do was order 10 pizzas for a party. Tried doing an order online the night before to be delivered the next day. After I filled out all the details there was an error and it said to call the number instead. So I called the number and they said they also were getting the same error so to call back in the morning. I called in the morning and the phone service dominoes uses took my order which took forever and then informed me there was an issue with the system (the same one I was dealing with the night before) so they would need to transfer me directly to the store. They did and the store wasn’t opened yet which it seems like they could have checked so I was disconnected. Called back to explain what happened and see if they could do anything else and a new person told me the error had been fixed and they could take my order. They took my order and guess what…. Same error occurred so they tried to transfer me back to the store despite me explaining literally 8 times that the store was closed so it wouldn’t work. I tried calling the store directly when they opened at 10. They took my address and order and then no joke told me that even though it was in their delivery area they preferred not to go there because the parking lot in this place was sometimes crowded. What a ridiculous waste of time and terrible customer service all around. The place we were at said other people had the same problems with this dominoes that sometimes they’ll deliver and sometimes they won’t. Ended up calling pizza man Dan and they had delicious pizzas delivered in 40 minutes despite the huge order. Don’t waste your time with this dominoes location they’re the worst.

Fast, Hottt, and friendly customer service thank you Edgar! Sometimes ppls negative energy makes it for a bad experience. Because no one perfect, Neither are you or YOur Momma! If you werent satisfied bye Felicia go to lil cesars. I wonder why the pizza are always $5. These guys can't help if there the only person baking all these pizza's and one driver only!

Despite getting the wrong pizza yesterday, they end up making it right and giving me something extra for the mistake.

2 bad experiences in a row. When I come for curbside pickup and a tracker says it's ready they just make you tracker as complete as say - your pizza is not ready yet. 2 minutes timer is already stopped but I didn't get my order. I think they do that because they don't want to give you an extra pizza for free. They said - you can claim it online. We are sorry

Ordered from hotel and was supposed to be delivered in 22-33 minutes! It was right at 60 minutes to get it and it was barely warm! Should have read reviews before orderIng! Last time from this location in Moorpark!

Ordered pizza Friday night Moorpark location delivery. It’s always hit and miss but this time was crazy. Pizza was raw and one had just a couple toppings I ordered onions & mushrooms and got maybe 2 onions and 3 mushrooms on the entire pizza. It’s sad never consistent. We had to finish cooking the pizzas

Amazing customer service. They went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with my order. Every worker was hustling to get orders out. Will back and would recommend! Great job Domino's of Moorpark!

Own a business across the street from these guys. I just had probably the worst small pizza I've ever had in my life and about the same quality of service.
A small dried out pizza for 14 that tasted like it had been in a freezer for a year.

2 bad experiences in a row.
The first bad experience was bread twists were tiny, extremely thin and did not taste as good as usual.
Second bad experience shortly after, Estimated time for delivery was about 30 minutes, an hour later and the app shows that our pizza was just put in the oven. When I called for an update, they said it would be at least 30 more minutes and no apologies, nothing to make it right.
