Domino's Pizza, Merced CA

I asked for an order and the worker answered me and said 40 minutes. After an hour, I arrived at the store for pickup. I arrived. I want to pay. The stupid worker answered me. He did not find that you had an order. So I asked for the bus number. He did not give it to me. That worker is not fit for the job.

I've heard negative reviews about this place, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Everything I'd heard was true. My 1st experience ordering here was a nightmare. Lack of customer service skills. I'm going to the Park Avenue one instead. How many pieces of premium chicken do you see on this pizza? 2? 3 maybe? !

Pizza is pretty good. Made quickly. Quick service. Super easy to order when using the app. Also through the app you call find good deals that saves you money on your order.

Ordered delivery and my food took an hour and a half on quality check. Finally got my food (cold might I add) and the twists look like this? You're joking right?
Felt bad for the delivery guy though, told me he was getting a lot of similar complaints.

Ordered to be delivered, watched the app as my order moved along, then……it just sat in quality check for 20 minutes…. Called and said my app was stuck, did my order go out? Yes? But funny how the app all of a sudden changed….
I order Dominos all the time, but NEVER from this store again! Sad people, VERY sad!

Store doesn't like to honor the deals. Everywhere I see dominoes promote the 7.99 deal and when I call the store the always wanna charge 10.99 for the medium. They've done it twice already.

It seems the evening time is the best time to order pizzas. To many inconsistentcy on prices and sales. No prices are in the menu.

They always have great service and my order hasn’t been wrong. Never had an issue with this location. They’re always super friendly and help you as soon as they can. They do get really busy so please be patient if they can’t get to you immediately!

The service at this store is below satisfactory. Crew members need to be trained in proper customer service skills. One female crew member was very rude and quite disrespectful and was unwilling to listen to the situation. She was not willing to help (me) the customer find a solution.
Situation:
I was ordering some food online. A few of my items were having and online sale in order to get the online sale price you have to pay online but if your order is over 20 dollars you can not pay in cash. Their system will not allow any order over 20 dollars to be paid in cash. I don't not have a credit card of any kind to make the online purchase. But this has never before been an issue for me. Up until today every order I have made online with dominos.pizza has allowed me to place the order online and then pay in cash at the store. So this one female crew member was just not wanting to do her job and was inturn making the company lose profit.
I'm very unhappy with how I was treated and talk to by this individual. Poor service, will not return to this store ever again.

Always putting someone on hold for more than you would even think is necessary. You could wait all day and not get any assistance. Not only that but you have to call in orders if you wish to pay with cash. They require any order in app over $25 to be prepayed through the app. Makes no sense, I could understand this for night time but during the day that’s strange. Makes you not want to order any type of pizza it’s too much of a hassle.

Pizza wasn't cut at all, and it was cold and the cheese was hard by the time we got the delivery, Honestly this store has gone down hill.

By far the worst domino's pizza I've had yet. I don't normally do delivery and forgot when I have too it transfers me from the normal store across from Merced high to this one on main St. This is the second time this has happened and both times it has been horrible. Crazy how two stores in the same town can be so totally different. Don't judge this review by domino's in general because the merced high one is great. Horrible store horrible customer service food was absolute joke thumbs down.

I ordered on the dominos ap and they incorrectly made my pizza. They added pepperoni but we’re vegetarians as meat makes me feel sick. This was fine so we called in for a redo pizza and asked if we should bring them the incorrect pizza. They said no, keep it or toss it. When we went to go pick it up three employees working on April 29 from 11-1 ish gaslit and lied saying they did not make or cut a pizza with pepperoni. And the guy who picked up our call lied saying he didn’t tell us not to bring the pizza. Last time I order here, horrible experience.

I love dominos I love how when I ask for Alfredo sauce and ask for extra they do it as well as extra cheese.
