Domino's Pizza, La Jolla CA

Ordered a pizza to pick up. My kids wanted to sit down & have a few slices. They have a stool that kids can stand on & watch the pizzas being made! They loved it!
Employees were really friendly & the freshly made pizza was yummy! We usually order delivery, but the pickup pizza was soooo good!

This store consistently cant deliver on time. Its really unbelievable. EVERY TIME I order pizza it takes an hour or more despite the app saying it will be ready in 30. This store needs a new owner.

Food was never delivered and the manager insisted it was. She was very unhelpful and extremely unapologetic.

She let me order for 30 min before closer then she put me on anhoter line that was closed, and i had to go to bed hungry.what a bad service….

HORRIBLE customer service. The guy who waited on me last night had a deplorable attitude and was giving me a very hard time. I was quite shocked actually. I wasn't going to bother with a review, but changed my mind when my kid woke up this morning and puked all over the floor. I will not go back. 0 stars!

Let me set the scene:
Had a get together at my place, ten or so friends and decided some pizza would be a great addition. Cut to an hour later, still no update on delivery time from the dominoes on Fay ave. I called the store, which assured me the pizza was on the way (I live less than ten minutes from this dominoes). I called 30 minutes later and was hung up on 3 times. On the fourth, the (I presume) manager answered and told me the pizza was on its way again. At this point, I drove down to the store to actually see if this was true at which point the manager informed me that "I was difficult" and he informed the driver to skip our order. Ended up getting awesome pizzas from pizza on pearl in under 15 minutes.

The girl who cooks the pizzas gives you burnt pizza because the girl who cooks the pizzas is on the phone.
