Domino's Pizza, Victorville CA

I ordered online. Charged to my debit card, same one I always use here with my online account. When driver arrived, he insisted that it wasn't paid for so I was forced to pay cash too. Manager tells driver on phone that he can't find the payment? I have my bank showing the charge + transaction information, date, price, transaction# by the dominos etc. As normal. So yes, I paid double. Driver acting as if I'm trying to get free pizza or steal someone's order. I paid again and called to try to have it fixed but was immediately left on hold for over 43 minutes! With no help - now they won't answer the phone when I try recalling. Will have to file dispute with my bank. Bank dispute dept is closed until Monday GREAT. Now to have the immense hassle of replacing my debit card, dispute process the charge + reset all of my auto pay bills etc to a new card #. PO'd! Accidents happen but the complete lack of help here, is disrespectful & ridiculous. Can't enjoy the meal now!

Waited 30 minutes for carside pick up and to make it worse the pizza dough was partially raw. Never again

COVID RISK. Ordered pizza to be delivered to home and was going to pay cash on delivery. Driver got to home and got out of car with a mask and removed the order to hand to me; asked him to place it on his trunk and put a mask on. He was offended and accused me of being aggressive towards him and refused to put a mask on. I explained that I have my 90 year old mother that lives with me and I take this virus very seriously. He asked if I still wanted the order because he already contaminated it and I told him, “no”. I called the manager and told him about it and he did say that he was not being compliant and even slipped (after he found out what driver it was) that it has happened before. When asked he did say that all the employees in the restaurant do wear masks as required; but not sure if I want to take his word for it. He offered to remake the order and I declined. Ended up just heating up leftovers for my mom and daughter; I lost my appetite.

I BELIEVE YOU SHOULD DRUG TEST YOUR EMPLOYEES FOR THINGS LIKE HEROIN CRACK COCAINE AND METHAMPHETAMINE AND DO BACKGROUND CHECKS.

Jesus delivered our pizza today and was very kind. This location always delivers in a timely manner!

The pan pizza is the best. I'd give 5 stars if they used shredded cheese but Domino's is stuck on those tiny cheese squares.

I know they can do better service some people are rude when they answer the phone and on my first purchase they let me wait in the phone for more than 5 minutes and I need to call again to order my item

My gmail no longer existed and lost free pizza rewards! Almost ruined dinner expected by grandchildren!

So much for ordering ahead. I waited more than 15 minutes there at the store after calling ahead half an hour before that.

Good pizza with great price. Love use their mango habanero sauce on my pizza instead of regular red sauce

I will never go back girls are rude would not explain why 2 pizzas cost 27 dollars when you advertise 5.99 and 7.99.

Not impressed the Dominos app said the pizza was ready for pick up we get there and it wasn’t even in the oven yet and they didn’t give us the sauce they charged us for.

When i opened the pizza box i noticed a clump of something white, I don’t know what it is, it could of been mold and to make it worse a roach crawled out. So much for “Double Checking” your pizzas. I called to complain and all the lady said was that i will get a free pizza, but i no longer wish to get anything from this place. NEVER ORDERING HERE AGAIN!

Not really a fan of hair in my cheesesteak. I noticed hair was in another persons pasta that left a review a month ago and it just so happens Elizabeth made both our meals. Food arrived late and i was offered cold/stale boneless wings to make up for it. Gotta get it together dominos. You’re doing a good job of running away customers.

I made the order online at 7: 20 pm and took up to 8: 10 pm to get the pizza carry out also the manager have a bad attitude

They are always forgetting something whether it be the dipping sauces I’ve ordered or my soda! It’s not hard to read an order and give the customer what they paid for

These are the hot wings they gave us. It looks like they went across the street to WinCo and bought dino nuggets and cut them up in pieces and poured BBQ sauce on them. Sad food.

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE! Elizabeth made my pasta and there was hair in my food! The workers do not wear any hair nets on their heads, which is absolutely unaccpetable! They have messed up on my orders multiple times and I am fed up! If you want to order from this nasty place, go ahead. Most likely you will find hair in your food!

Our order always take like an hour to get to us.food is really good we love our dominos its the wait time and the driver forgetting some of our order like 2 times in one delivery sucks.

Good, friendly service. Pizza was done a few minutes after the app said it was done, but it wasn't a long wait.
