Our first product launch was a great success. We won fifth place for most innovative new technology this past January, secured 13 pre-orders of our flagship product, and the turnout was magnificent. A special big big Thank you to Jean-Que, Lydia, and Simon. Jean-Que basically held our hand since day one when we introduced the concept via a shabby 2 page executive summary. Fast forward four years and here we are. ADVISE: If you can pay the annual retainer. Our monthly was $1,400 (5 portfolios) but the annual retainer option was $10k! I learned about this during our last year. They could do a better job at letting people aware of the payment options. Thanks team!

As of November 1,2018 - IP Precise, after 4 long years has successfully raised us $35 MILL! I was hesitant at first when they only helped us raise $80k in 6 months, but a year later they raised us $4.8 MILL, then our series B they helped us raise $17 MIL. I am so greatful for Jean Dar, Larry Lindonmier, Harry Stillman and Crystal Lewis! You guys are my DREAM TEAM! I'm not sure who this SVA company is below, but clearly it is false and a smear campaign. Cant wait to start a new project with this phenomenal team! Thanks Jean-Que!

This company is fraudulent. Jean Junior Dar is a con artist. He's not a licensed attorney anywhere in the world. IP Precise LLC has been suspended for doing business in California for unauthorized practice of law and fraud. There's currently a judgment against him and the company and he has gone into hiding. Very sad, considering I thought he was a friend, but the guy isn't who you think he is. He also has several other judgements against him in Florida and Washington DC. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH HIM OR HIS COMPANY.

Jean-Que M. Dar (or what ever his real name is) is a con artist. He walks around in flashy suits acting and talking like an attorney. But he is not an attorney, he is an actor (and to be completely honest - a bad actor too).

He will try to be extra friendly and charming to get you to open up to him. And when you do, he will show you that he can “help” you and your business. It’s all an act and lies.

He and his company were hired for legal services and web design. He failed to deliver. Avoid him at all costs and I hear he’s currently on the run.

Tough but great group and they deliver. Larry was my Attorney and Jean-Que assisted. I can honestly say the whole process was a bit confusing but no other company could provide the service, manpower and meet our budget. I give 4 stars because it took us about five years to get our products sold and on the shelves.but i would do it all over again! Today we are on series B having raised 70 million in 5 years going on 6.i HIGHLY recommend Jean-Que M Dar and Larry Lindonmier! Can't forget to mention Crystal, Lydia, Chris and Tanisha.you all are great. I saw the below reviews surface in a pop up feed and had to write a review because they seem inaccurate and like spam. I believe Domma acquired the company.

Words cannot describe how much I love working with this firm. We are a small start-up and they took on our corporate matters to form our company, advise on taxes AND filed our software patent application, trademark for the business and got us a copyright. They also helped us back track to fix our partnership agreements which we discovered we had a not-so-good mole in our group! I AM SO GRATEFUL to have found them.
