Everything I tried was amazing. The crispy tacos are out of this world. The steak tacos are flavorful and juicy. I will come back here every time I am in the area.

A little over rated in my opinion. Came in because of the good reviews, not impressed. I’d recommend a burrito next time, but definitely not the fish taco plate. All I could taste was the double tortilla. They didn’t put any tartar sauce on them either so be sure to ask for it. The side hot sauces were tasty and the rice was flavorful. I think I just made a bad menu choice. I am open to coming back and trying out a burrito. Overall 3.5 stars based on my experience. Good value.

Food is not that good still needs more flavor customer service needs improvement and is not that clean.you can see cashiers ring cash register dont wash hands and i saw one person using globes touch money register and food being touched with same globes that a NO NO. ️

I love their food. The surf & Turf Burrito is amazing. The staff are friendly and I have to say that they put out a good product. You won’t be disappointed.

Bad customer service girl just trying to hang up the phone with out getting a name I order a Cali and carne asada fries and by the time got home noticed the order was Rong and drove back told me if the order was placed in the morning cu it was a machaka burrito and the sheff start saying I order in the morning when my order was placed at 315 drove back 20 min and still argued and still tell me really

Great breakfast stop if riding the bike path to the Strand. Good portions.
Customer service can use a little work. Depends who you get. But the food is worth it.

Always great food! Serving your staple taco shop items, you can't go wrong with the Carne Asada here. The pollo and carnitas here are also quite delicious.

I ordered the California Burrito with guacamole. Get home no guacamole.
1.49 for nothing. The fries a bit cold. And a bit of cheese thrown in. I know Lunchtime is a rush, but it should be better for an $11 Burrito.
Used to be better.

Been visiting this place since 2016. Still one of the best carne asada burritos in SD that I love! Their Chile Relleno is amazing too. This time I tried their surf n turf fries, and wow, with the chipotle sauce and jalapeño? Instant food coma!

This is our go-to place for breakfast burritos, but also rave about the pollo asado burrito- not filled with rice and other fillers, just grilled chicken and guacomole. Delicious!

The food we got was ok not great but maybe it was the burrito I got. Maybe I will try one more time when I'm back in the area.

This is probably the best borito stand I have ever been to. They are fast, cheap, have good portions and are delicious. They could work on there costumer service but other than that they are great! There surf and turf and California burritos are some of the best!

Feb 15,2022 Bought 5 rolled tacos for $7+ with tax! ROLLED TACOS WERE YUCK YUCK YUCK!
Couldn't eat them! **Yes, they tasted like NOT FRESH & like as if meat inside going bad! PLUS TACO filling had TOO MUCH WHITE RICE! HARDLY ANY GROUND BEEF - - YOU COULDN'T EVEN TASTE ANY FLAVOR TO THE GROUND BEEF, TASTED SYNTHETIC! AGAIN, ROLLED TACO FILLING CONSISTED OF TOO MUCH WHITE RICE! Guacamole was okay. I won't go back for their RICE-FILLED rolled tacos! NAAAASTY!

I see that you responded to my review. Of course you are going to defend yourself and not take this as constructive criticism. The meat to the rolled tacos did taste like it was going bad. The rice inside the tacos looked white in color. There was too much rice in the rolled tacos. I never said I was leaving. I only said I would not buy rolled tacos there again. Your rolled tacos may taste good for others, but not for me. They were nasty. I appreciate that I have means to buy food. I'm sure you are not sad to see me go. I hardly ever go there anyway. Good luck with your business. I read other reviews about rice in your rolled tacos. ***Oh, and by the way, I ordered other food items from your menu, and it WAS goood. I just didn't like the rolled tacos with rice. To my taste, it had no flavor and the filling did taste a little bad. Sorry.

Place is known for its burritos, but I keep going back for the cheese enchiladas. The sauce has depth, flavor and a perfect texture/color. Skip the guacamole, it's more like a salad dressing.

Got burrito and rolled taco. Everything was great but the guacamole on rolled taco. I expected avocado but it seemed to be a mixture of some kind. Still place was great!

Good food but seems like everytime I call to order the phone is left off the hook. I know because when i do get through the girl puts me on hold to handle orders from people who are there waiting, but she forgets that im on the phone and starts joking with her coworkers. Super annoying especially since im sick right now and dont want to go stand out in the cold so I guess ill just take my business elsewhere.

Edit: just showed up because i was curious and i wanted to confirm and yup the phone was just sitting on the counter with the light on lol.wow

Edit2: order came out wrong so i went back and They fixed it but as she handed me the order she commented that next to be clear about my order being plain. So i guess when i said no quac or pico that wasnt clear enough aint my fault she and the other girl are too busy flirting with the cooks serenading them. Bad service.

My favorite burrito is their breakfast Bacon, egg, and cheese. Have been a favorite forever, it is so simple and delicious. They use actual potatoes and not French fries which I prefer!

Food is good. I had a breakfast burrito but the tortilla seemed a bit dry. My aunt had chilaquiles and those were great.

Solid lunch spot with tasty burritos. Quick and kind service. Cali burrito and the carne asada were good. The surf and turf was amazing! Def going to be my go-to order from now on.

Food is great. Rude unprofessional service up front. If they don't like their job, don't take it out on paying customers. Compliments to the cooks.
