Don Pancho's Mexican Food

Not knowing the area too well, I stopped here for lunch today. It had a lot of good reviews so I figured I'd check it out and give it a try. When I walked in, the staff were very friendly and quick with service. Unfortunately, that's where the good ended. I ordered a carne asada burrito, which was priced a little high, and it just wasn't good. The rice was overly seasoned and the asada was overly cooked. The chips were also very salty, but the salsa was good. The staff were so nice and helpful, I decided not to leave a bad review, I just wouldn't come back again. But then I used the restroom; not only was there no soap in the only restroom in the restaurant, but there wasn't even a soap dispenser. In the only restroom in the restaurant. Meaning the same restroom the servers and cooks use. That's not only gross, it's a serious health hazard. When I go out to eat, I prefer to not have a side of hepatitis with my entre. I really wanted to like this place, but between the quality of the food and absence of soap in the restroom, I will not be returning.

I had the worst experience there asking for chips and salsa while I waited for my to go order. That was over $75. She told me it is to go so I don't get any. When I told her I gave a gratuity I was told to get some help. Then she pulled my phone out of my hand.

Their Chili Relleno is my absolute favorite! My wife loves the veggie burrito! Their beans are the best around!

And, the Cadillac Margaritas are absolutely delicious! I can't recall having a better one than they make!

We’ve been eating here weekly for over a year and crave it…. It is so good! Everything but especially shredded beef taquitos are the bomb!

Amazing food. Every time I drive through I stop for food. The staff is kind and helpful. Hands down one of the best Mexican food places I have EVER tasted (next to my grandma's lol)

The egg, sausage, bacon, chorizo potatoes & bean burrito is my favorite there. I always add cheese to it. You can't go wrong with that one. I've like everything I've tried here and the service is on point. Clean restaurant with great vibes.

JUNIOR! WOW, what an absolute pleasure the experience at Don Pancho's was due to this young man. I don't know if I've ever had better service. The food was excellent as well! Will DEFINITELY be back!

We've been coming here for years and it is great. Lately I've been getting the grilled fish taco and my husband the chili Colorado plate, oh and a Cadillac Margarita.yummy.

The coffee is more expensive than even "The International Pancakes House" or any other restaurant. Furthermore, they don't have an idea what customer service means. Today, I hear the cashier lady telling a customer, "If you don't like the service, don't come". The customer was just asking the reason why they dont serve tortillas with the chilaquiles as they do in another place, and that was the rude answer of this cashier lady. I got stuck hearing that, I will not recommend this place and won't go back in solidarity of this customer. It's just not the right answer, and it's very rude to tell that to a customer because business relies on customers.

Everything here is so good! Cochinita tacos are my new favorite! My brother told me I had to try these and now been hooked on these. So delicious!

Totally botched a take out order of burritos which is forgivable (probably more employee specific rather than a business flaw), less forgivable however is how expensive but also small the burritos were. I'm willing to pay for a pricy burrito but not for that size. I'll be trying somewhere else.

Friendly, happy lead person. Made us feel welcomed. Food was great. I had an asada burrito bowl. My friend had a chicken flauta that was carefully arranged as it was made by a starred chef. Delicious!

This is a small place in a strip mall, don't let it fool you. The service, and the quality of the food is first class. The drinks are frosty cold too.

Just went there for a Chicken Nachos Supreme for the first time. It was actually pretty good. The food was fresh and tasty. My only complaint is the amount of chicken in the plate was too little. Most of the plate was anything else but chicken. Not a bad place for Mexican food in Wildomar.
