Went to get my daughters ear pierced. I did not like the service there. Her earring did end up falling out many times and did end up closing I called to get it repierced and they said they would I would have to buy a new set and they would charge me. The ended up saying the most they could do was give me 20% off I did not accept and when we spoke again they ended up saying they would repierce it with no charge and give me a new set which they only repierced and not not give us the whole set just one earring. Which at least they did that for free as I didn’t accept an of their discounts 25% being the highest. Her earring constantly falls out but the $1 earring i have in her other ear stays in. I will not come to this place again. I highly do not recommend this place to pierce children’s ears. And the piercer has an attitude and tries to make you feel dumb.
Hadn’t been in a jewelry store for over 15 yrs now but felt very welcome in this one. It’s local to me and received the right bracelet and necklace for my wife and mom for Mother’s Day. Prices were within my range and the jewelry was exceptional. The two nice ladies helped me even by gift wrapping them for me. I was very pleased by their down to earth personalities and their promptness. By the way my two loved ones truly loved their gifts. Thank you and great job.
