5The service is friendly, I give them that but the integrity is not good! I went in today to pick up some earring that my mom dropped of to repair. I did not open the box until I gave them to my mom. She didn’t like how they “ Fixed “ them. So she went & they had the nerve to say I must have done something to them. Really!? Do better & own up to your mistakes. They did take them back though to “ fix “ again but don’t blame anyone else for the sloppy work you did! I honestly though this was a trust worthy establishment that helps the community with jewelry, guess not!

It is an expensive place but everything is great there. Great customer service and amazing experience along with deals.
