My baby got her ears pierced. As nervous as my husband and I were for our baby the staff were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. Don Roberto’s has a wide range of jewelry selections. Highly recommend!

Awesome experience! My first time getting my ears pierced in 20+ years. My sister and three of my nieces went as family to get all our ears pierced. We were all very nervous, especially my nieces but Perla and the lady who pierced our ears (I forgot her name) made us feel very comfortable. They gave us a lot of new and useful information about piercings/earrings. Perla even went the extra mile by bonding with my nieces, they talked about school, family, favorite hobbies, etc. Thank you Perla and lady for your great customer service! Can’t wait to return for more piercings!

The place was ckean, clean, jewelry was over priced.the guy that sold the jewelry to me lied to me about the monthly rate I would pay, so I paid my bill in cash. &will never return to them.its too bad that the manager that sold me the jewelry wasn't honest with me.

Good jewelry store. Though we were greeted and received quick service, we felt rushed in making our purchase. We asked questions, and we were given an attitude as though they were bothered to answer. It was an unsettling experience so I'm not sure I'll return.

They ran my credit several times because I had missed 2 payments, which I payed back. They put two hard inquiries on my credit and their excuse was “we were trying to get your attention” very unprofessional.there’s only one lady there that gives good costumer service.
