After COVID hit plans to get our Ford Escape fixed ended up on the back burner (since I wasn't commuting anyway, wasn't really being driven) so when we had to take it in to get it looked over and fixed Don Young Automotive came HIGHLY recommended by my wife's family. Her Brother is extremely picky about who works on his cars too so when he recommended this place that was a lock for me.

Got us in with an appointment, checked everything we asked about and mentioned as well as caught a code that I had forgot the car had started throwing. That delayed our repair by a day as it came up towards the end of the first day, but Drew was absolutely wonderful to work with, explained everything and was honest about what he could and couldn't do which I appreciate.

Repairs were extremely well priced, and done so very well (and the issue that he wasn't able to do anything about was fixed by something he could fix, so bonus!) absolutely recommend Don Young from here on out and will absolutely be driving the 45 minutes one way up from Oroville to take our cars to them again. A+ service!

As a single female I can not stress enough how hard it is to find a mechanic that is not only honest and trustworthy, but competent, fair, and genuinely nice! Drew does great work and treats each customer with integrity.
