Dona Ana's Pupuseria & Restaurant reviews
12Very bad service, I ordered a beef broth, it took them about an hour to serve it, the semi-raw and ugly tortillas were 25 dollars and a glass of Jamaican water with a slight smell of chlorine. I won't be coming back. Plus the man at the counter is bloody and rude.
Well ok then, 3 minutes away my customers facility are these soft, hot pillowy discs of delicious delight. I had the queso jalapeño, queso and asada, and Pollo con queso. Right off the bat the perfectly balanced ingredients for the best consistency. Then the right amount of time on the heat to make the melted cheese that escaped the middle crisp to a charred brown. And the jalapeño was not pickled but fresh and that was the flavor that impressed me the most. Meat is God don't get me wrong. But the jalapeño was so good it didn't require anything else. The pineapple dring had chopped up fruit toppin it all off, and just sweet enough. I'll be back to try the rest guys. Svar me s seat please!
Customer service not to good not friendly they don’t offered a menu they just tell you to look at the wall. The lady licks her fingers and then prepares your drinks the cook is the one that also serves I don’t know I think they don’t know much about hygiene. The ensalada drink don’t taste like a salvadoreñas ensala drink.
If a dark humid non air conditioned restaurant this is the place. It's got every thing long wait times, bottled soda service, and meat marked smell when you come in.
BUT THE FOOOOD
THE FOOD MAKES UP FOR EVERYTHING! FIRST TIME SINCE MOVING TO THIS AREA THAT THE FOOD IS AMAZING. ITS "GRANDMAS LOVE'" AMAZING OH MY GOD. I GOT THREE REVUELTA PLATE THE CURTIDO WAS ON POINT THE SALSA WAS BETTER THAN YOU CAN DANCE THE AMOUT OF FILLING AS GENEROUS THE SIZE OF EACH ONE YOU COULD PLAY A REGULATION SIZED GAME OF FUTBOL ON EACH
WILL GO AGAIN
Good local food! Very cozy mom and pop vibe. Only down side is that there is no drinking water
Pupusas & asada burritos are delicious! My sons love them, and they are picky chicken nugget eaters lol
Best pupusas I’ve had in the I. E! Whenever I’m in the mood for pupusas, Doña Ana’s is my to go spot!
Food is great. Plus I can get in and out during a lunch break. The chicharon con queso I can't get enough.
Excellent pupusas. The staff seemed like family in the fact that they were yelling at each other which only ADDS to the authentic experience. Tried to get me to pay with cash rather than credit even though they have a scanner. Eh, 9/10. Would return.
Don’t eat here food is not good customer service horrible they couldn’t even fix my order that they messed up that lady needs to get off that chair
Very delicious pupusas, breakfasts, yuca and other Salvadoran food, there is also all kinds of Mexican food.
The food is ok, the prices are high, but the only thing is that the lady who serves you is in a very bad mood, she takes care of you very reluctantly, they recommended it to me but I think I will not return, please see the comments before thinking about going
