AC was making a funny noise, Yia came out and helped assess the situation, and laid out my options. He was helpful and courteous. While I will likely need a new AC unit in the next few years - he helped me make informed decisions. With the company's 90 day visit window policy - I have assurance that if i have problems in the next few months I can call them back out to reevaluate the system with no extra service charge. Though i didn't have to buy a full AC unit this time - Yia's help affirmed that when that time comes, i will buy from DPD AC.

Making customers wait 4-5 days for appointment to get ac looked at in 100+ weather and a household with children no less very unprofessional

Such terrible instaliation provided. We bought a brand new home and you guys installed our HVAC. In just 3 months, we've had to call you gits to come out and fix YOUR terrible mistakes. We should not have to call you multiple times with a brand new installation. I don't know who you have working for you, but they don't know what the heck they're doing. We should get a refund for the lack of quality service provided, I mean not provided. Absolutely ridiculous. Also, our neighbors have had issues as well, so we are not the only ones.

Tech arrived for yearly heating service as scheduled. Answered all my questions/concerns. Joel was very professional and cleaned up after before leaving.

I work with John on chimney chase covers and sheering metal panels from time to time he is professional polite and very reasonable on cost always a pleasure doing business here.

One of our A/C units wasn't cooling properly, so we called the company that installed it when our house was built. After 3 visits, it was clear they weren't going to get the job done, so after some research, we called Mr. Cool. The tech spent quite a bit of time here troubleshooting. He got it going, but it didn't solve the problem & he had told me to call back if it still wasn't right. He was very thorough and persistent in his work and was very personable. I highly recommend Donald P. Dick HVAC!

Since the first visit didn't quite solve our problem, we called back and two techs came today. Adrian and another fellow. The problem got solved and another discovered on our other unit, which was also fixed while they were here. Thank you Mr. Cool, you're earned my continuing business!

Donald P. Dick Air Conditioning was HIGHLY recommended to me by many friends. I returned from vacation this week and my A/C was out. I emailed and scheduled a yearly maintenance plan and service call and was contacted within hours. 36-year employee, Technician Jim came out and repaired my unit and gave me some great tips about filters) Excellent experience and I can not recommend them high enough (I wish there were TEN STARS)

It was certainly a pleasure doing business with Mr. Cool when it was time to purchase a new A/C unit, and a Whole House Fan. Installation went so smooth and their Service Dept.is also great. Doing a yearly maintenance check with their Service Dept.is top notch. They call to schedule an appointment and their service department arrived just as scheduled. Manuel Barbosa was our serviceman, he was very courteous and professional and he did a through job of inspecting and testing our A/C, changed the filter and the batteries on our thermostat. I can relax knowing I'm in good hands with "Mr. Cool". I'm very glad I chose them to purchase my Heating & Air Conditioning and Whole House Fan needs.

He is very courteous, he listen to every problem, he is a very good technician, he deserves a raise. Highly recommended.

Although it took 5 times to resolve my problem, I was pleased with the promptness, courtesy and professionalism with which it was handled. In particular, I was very impressed with the knowledge and expertise of Eric Marturana. His diagnostic skills are unparalleled. His knowledge of the system was impeccable but also he went out of his way to verify the system was functioning 100% before leaving and also looked for any other issues beyond the current zoning control problem. Let's not forget Eric's friendliness and customer relationship skills. He showed that he genuinely cared about the customer and was really down to earth.

Technician Joseph was very knowledgeable, and a good listener who answered all of my questions. He spent extra time explaining technical questions which was most helpful. He provided excellent service.

Amazing company! First off John was great! He said he was going to take care of us, and that’s exactly what he did. He made this process easy and stress-free. Second Freddy and Jacob were awesome! They were super polite and respectful to my child, myself, and my belongings. Sometimes things like this can be a nightmare, but with this company and their employees it was a very easy process. I had duck work done, and I’m very satisfied with the outcome. It was done in a very timely manner, and they accommodated my work schedule. I live in Tulare and we were looking for solar. We decided that we wanted to go with a stable company that does something else besides solar. You know when all of this solar stuff drys up and these solar companies disappear. So we get a quote from another company and then Donald P. Dick. We had John come out and give me a no hassle quote. He left and called me back in a few weeks just to see If I was still interested. It was like talking to a friend. We had a few family emergencies and I kind of forgot about it. The quote I got from John was straight forward. I compared the two quotes and John had them beat by $8,000. At that point I was sold. There was no long presentation or some scare tactic about the cost of energy. I signed the papers and we were off. They ordered my panels and called when they got the permit. Came out the first day and they guys were super nice and clean workers. No messes around the house. They installed the railings and came back the second day to install the panels and were done by 2 pm. I totally recommend these guys for any service they provide. We are talking about having them service our AC and furnace in our house because they are so easy to work with.

These guys are awesome. Our salesman, Dave, was out at our place bright and early the morning after I called to get measurements and answer any questions I had. Within a week we had Freddy T. And Miko come out to install our new unit. They had it up in no time and inspection passed no problem. Very knowledgeable, friendly and proffessional staff. After dealing with other HVAC contractors in the past, I feel confident that I'm getting great prices and top notch service and we will continue to use Donald P. Dick for any future HVAC needs. Highly reccommended!

They were by far one of the lowest prices with the most knowledgeable and professional sales reps. He made us feel at ease in all of our decisions. He answered all of our questions and concerns. He did not try to upsell us. We got a number of quotes and all of them told us different things we "needed". When I asked John our sales rep about these "needs" he put the answers in logical, simple to understand terms. He eased my wife's worries and in the end, that's all that really matters lol.

As far as the install, it couldn't have gone more seamlessly. The guys were very friendly and professional. They were here when they said they would be, and they were finished when they said they would be. The install went flawlessly. The only thing that happened was they accidentally cracked the cover to the attic entry. The next day they had a guy out here to patch it up before they even left the site.

I would recommend Donald P Dick to any and everyone who needs a new HVAC system. And I would make sure to tell them to ask for John Calendri! 5 stars is not enough!
