Donut City reviews
9Went the afternoon. I am not a donut girl. Hubby is and surprised him donuts. He said he loved the cream filled muffin and apple crisp. Yay. He man working the counter was very nice too.
Excellent little shop. Friendly, clean, fast, and fresh! Easy 5 stars. The apple fritter was awesome, long john maple was great but the standard glazed was surprisingly the best - super fluffy and flaky. We'll be back.
The best donuts, super fresh and always a family favorite! The worker is super nice and very helpful and attentive.
On their website and on the front of their door this company advertises that it opens at 5am. I went out of my way on my way to work to stop here and grab some doughnuts. At 6: 45 am they were closed. It's really frustrating to drive out of your way to patronize a business that does not honor their own stated business hours. I really don't understand this and I find it highly disrespectful to your customer base.
A little underwhelming. The doughnut selections were pretty generic. I was craving apple fritters, the main reason for the visit and they don't have any. The tiger tails were shorter compared to other places.
I ended up getting a glazed buttermilk and a choco-buttermilk, total was $3.20. The chocolate was a little pale but actually good. I have to give credit for the freshness! Hands down the doughnuts were fresh, you can taste the difference. Doughnuts were definitely not made from a factory the day before and delivered to the store the next day.
Overall, at $3.20 for two doughnuts, I could have gone to McDonald's and got two sausage McGriddles for an additional 30 cents more. But hey, I feel good supporting the mom and pop's.
Fresh, delicious donuts, great selection, efficient service and great pricing. This is my new favorite donut shop.
Best donut holes I’ve ever had. Friendly people, definitely try out their ham and cheese croissant if you get the chance, as well.
You might think this is just a donut shop on the side of the road but you would be woefully wrong. Definitely stop for donuts, get lots of them. They were hot, fresh, delicious morsels. And they let us play cards there all morning.
