Donut King's, Merced CA

The boba drinks are good and so are the donuts but i dont go there very much to try out different varieties

Tried the raised donuts and they were so soft and light. Then I looked at the menu and realized they had banh mi and decided to come back for lunch. We ordered a lemongrass chicken and a BBQ pork banh mi. They were both very good. The bread was perfect. I'll definitely be back to try more.

I love the family that owns this shop. Wonderful and dedicated to service. The small staff does a great job.

Good service, good banh mi, and good bubble tea. Seating is very vintage and might hurt your butt.

Boyfriend and I make they 45min drive just for the Tofu sub. Never has disappointed, also fresh and full of flavor.

When I have to travel early to train station. This is my go to place. And will stop and get hot fresh doughnuts and coffee. This place opens early and the people are very polite. The place always is very clean and inviting. Good not great coffee. But doughnuts are so soft and tasty.

I had a passion fruit boba drink and a chicken lemon grass sandwich. I wanted a pastrami but they were all out. Anyways my grandkids had coconut boba, well 1 did and the other had just the drink without the boba and maple bars. They enjoyed them.
It's always a good time to share little get always.

This is my goto place when I travel. Always looking for places that open very early. And have tasty goodies. They have great variety and the best doughnuts. Lots to choose from. The stuffed crosant are so yummy and flaky. Love the ham and cheese one. Doughnuts are very fresh and tasty. They also have other foods to choose from. Cashier is always friendly and eager to please

I think the subs are good, really good, but you can feel like you get your money's worth if they were a little bigger.

Donuts were fairly fresh! I was there after 10 a.m, so to get them still fresh was great. They need to bring back the French crullers though, or take them off the menu.

The best bahn mi and boba in town. I was out of Merced for 3 months and donut Kings was one of my first stops - that's how much I missed their food!

I must admit. Sweets aren’t my regular thing, so I can't tell you about the donuts. The lemongrass chicken sandwich, I love! Lots of savory chicken with just enough veggies between a crunchy roll that's not too much bread for a sandwich! At $4.99, it's an affordable snack or lunch. Not the quickest service here, but it's worth the wait.

I love donut kings! Mainly for their sandwiches. They have never gotten my order wrong and it's always quick. My go to for subs

Voted best donut store in Merced in 2016. They have an espresso machine and can make yummy lattes but they need to invest in half and half so they can make breve cappuccinos

This unasuming place was open early Saturday. And I have seen it many times. But had a train to catch at 7 am. So stopped to grab a quick bite to eat on train. Was surprised it was open and busy smelled so yummy. Got me a few doughnut and crusount with cheese. And got on train and had coffee and snacks. They were Delicious and yummy. Will be going back soon. Such good doughnuts
