DoorMat Vacation Rentals

What a joke! The house we rented was dirty, and we were missing towels. We let doormat know via text. Unfortunately they stopped responding.we got towels 24 hours later thou! REALLY?

Excellent rentals. Matt is nice and answered all my questions. House are really clean the manager kymber is awesome I highly recommend going to Doormat vacation rentals if you are looking to rent out a vacation house in Big bear CA.

I had the pleasure of working with DoorMat while I had my cabin in Big Bear Lake. Prior to discovering them, I was working with a traditional property management company who was charging me 30% off the top while providing terrible management service. It was really hurting my airbnb ratings.
I discovered DoorMat who will fulfill Big Bear Lake’s requirement for an In-person check in while allowing me to self manage the rest. It was a perfect partnership. They’re affordable, reliable and easy to work with. They also provide an option for full management. Since I never worked with them in that capacity, I can’t comment on that. But as far as working with them as a check in agent as required by the city, they were perfect.

We used DoorMat for guest check in and housekeeping services for our Big Bear Lake cabin. Very friendly staff in the office and they had an efficient system for guests to check in quickly and be on their way. Housekeeping team was dependable and maintained a clean cabin which generated sparkling clean reviews from our guests. Highly recommend!
