Doran is extremely professional and personable and does a wonderful job. My daughters E bike broke and he informed us of exactly what was wrong and fixed it in a timely manner ensuring my Daughter was very happy and back on the road. I recently purchased 2 ebikes that arrived with multiple mechanical issues. After several DIM, (Do it myself), attempts and multiple YouTube videos, none of my efforts solved the problems.
