I just recently started bowling league again after a few years and am new to Napa Bowl. Mark is truly an excellent PSO. He has been extremely patient with any inquiry I’ve had and has delivered nothing but the best service. Mark takes the time to truly understand your game with regards to every aspect. I highly recommend him to any bowler looking for a top notch pro shop and thanks again Mark!

Firts of all I would like to commend Mark for his excellent customer service and for the very promt response to the bowling situation I had. It was a very comfortable first experience buying a new bowling ball and enjoyed being able to observe Mark in his craft transform the newly purchased bowling balll into a rolling piece of equipment i will use as much as I can. Mark is the best! He dissuaded me from purchasing a new ball and recommended that I just rehab the one I had. I've never had this happen at any store in my life - he encouraged me to pay him less! This is the only pro shop I'll buy from thanks to his honest service and great selection. He's also a super nice dude and always great to have a convo with. Huge fan!

Recently got back into bowling after 20 years. I bought a new ball and contacted the pro shop to drill my ball. This pro shop was recommended by a friend. I spoke with Mark and he advised of the best times to go. I went early afternoon and my daughter and I had both our balls drilled. From the start, I found Mark to be very personable. He meticulously measured our hands, showed us our options and made a few recommendations. We waited for our balls and he had them ready fairly quickly. Several adjustments were made and we bowled a few games after. As we bowled, we returned to him and had our thumb holes fine tuned. Mark was very accommodating and made the necessary adjustments. I highly recommend this pro shop. If you are looking for a shop that provides great customer service, a friendly atmosphere and professional services - this is it. Mark is awesome!

Mark is a great guy and a true professional. Very knowledgeable about bowling and equipment. Always willing to help you out. I've been going to him since his early days at kentwig bowl. No one else touches my bowling balls. He's the best!
