DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Campbell - Pruneyard Plaza

It is a spectacular hotel, the rooms are very nice and very clean, throughout the hotel you could see that it was very clean, the breakfast was very complete and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, it is located close to everything, pharmacy, supermarket, clothing stores and delicious restaurants.we will return without a doubt

Terrible noise proofing. Stay here if you want to hear the people in the next room talking, someone walking in the hallway, and people walking in the room above in the mid night. The noise was so loud and probably somehow amplified by the structure of the building.

When bringing this issue to the confront desk person, she cannot be less care about it. There is nothing they can do to fix the problem and they don’t even have another spare room for me to switch. Basically, I have to stay with this problem for the rest of the nights.

Worst experience in life.

Excellent. The staff, front desk honestly works very hard and very politely with Every customer. Even late at night, this wonderful lady had a smile on her face and twice that I went downstairs. Great people make a great stay and hotel.

Great, beautiful room! Everyone was very nice and professional. Only weird thing was both nights we were there, around midnight or so, there was a loud, creepy creaking sound outside our window. It kind of sounded like a creaky cart wheel but it was super loud. I didn't say anything about it, though.

We had a pleasant stay here and was less expensive then staying in San Jose. There’s a lot of food places in the area and ample
Free parking at the hotel. Check in and check out was rather quick and easy.

We were very fortunate to choose The Doubletree Pruneyard Plaza as the venue for our 45th High School Reunion. Their Garden Terrace was perfect and the food was delicious.
Cynthia Wilson was amazing to work with. She was extremely efficient and always so pleasant to deal with. She really helped to make our event a success. We were also very pleased with Megan and the rest of the staff on the day of the event.
We were provided a group rate room block that was great. The rooms were very spacious and clean.
I would highly recommend The Doubletree Pruneyard Plaza.

The bed at this hotel was horrible. Worst night sleep in years for both my husband and I. If you want a good night sleep, stay elsewhere. Also, room was very overpriced.

Really nice hotel! Great spacious rooms. Super service. Plenty of things to do at the adjacent mall.

Beds were great & the room spacious. Nice shower & closet space. I enjoyed the coffee machine & refrigerator in the room. The area was very walkable & there was access to good restaurants, a Trader Joe's and other essential places.
Our shower could have used a through cleaning & though we reported it, our sink didn't drain and they did not deal with it, so it looked disgusting most of the time.

It is located in a very safe and convenient place. The staff is nice. Our family has been enjoying the swimming pool but the hot tub has been out of order since we got here wendsday. We have 4 more days to stay, hopefully they will fix it before our checkout.

Pleasantly surprised at how well-run this little hotel performed. We had a community affairs meeting there and the facility was clean, modern, and had all the required business meeting tools like big screens for PowerPoint presentations. The hotel also had a nice cozy bar to tip a few after a busy day.

I checked into the ground floor unit without central air but only the gigantic air conditioning inside. Hilton club gold member mean nothing. They front desk tried to give me an upgrade. But I eventually said No.the ground floor unit faces the swimming tub where no one uses it. Uh oh I expected the carpet in the unit would have the chlorine and mildew smell but it does not. Looks like the unit has been face lifted It has two queen beds and a kitchenette. The hotel is located in a area with quite a few of restaurants choices. However if you want entertainment or shopping you might want to rent a car. Staff are helpful. I am not sure if it’s related to California, I was only given two bottles of spring water for three nights stay. I found it’s odd and the nearest CVS is quarter mile away. Anyhow, the attached bar+restaurant. The food is no better than a motel 8. Bar service is good and the mixologist is working very hard to serve. Will I stay there again? No.

My wife and I stayed here on August 27th. This hotel had a competitive price, great rooms and amenities. They serve an excellent breakfast for those willing to pay $17/person. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Great location adjacent to the plaza with lots of restaurants. No upgrade for a diamond member and when asked about my room, I responded and they never did. Had a view of a corner roof.
