Clean place. No real complaints besides a mild inconvenience. The elevators were down, so there was only one available service elevator. Definitely would stay again.

Well it’s a little difficult to describe my stay considering I never made it past the worst front desk attendant I have encountered. I booked the room on Priceline in which it was pay now and non refundable. I ended up getting to the doubletree around 1130 and had work at 9 am. I gave the man my drivers license then came the area of the deposit. I currently had a temp card from my bank and since my name was not on it he would not rent me the room. My friend was also with me he had his debit card with him, however he only had a photocopy and a digital identification. This “of course” was unacceptable. I’ve seen my friend use this digital Id in several locations some requiring him to email it. So my phone died and I sat in the lobby trying to figure a solution. I told the man I could pull up my banking app which has my name, the card number, routing number, account number. Everything one would need for verification, he agreed after minutes of pleading. Then right before my phone powers on he comes up to my I called my supervisor I need a physical letter from the bank! Are you serious! This kid wanted to show his power as a desk attendant flaring his ego. What a tool. This was all after we had stayed at the doubletree in Culver City for a week. Apparently they have no affiliation. So I tell him ok I give up cancel the reservation for me. He says he will but Priceline charged me. I ask him for help so he gives me a phone number right after grabs the security gaurd in to watch over because he knows he’s a pos and deserves his a$$ beat. Then it turns out Priceline and Hilton in both ends wanted the other to contact them. I left 140 down and went to a new place around 1245.

First room I was given the bed was broken. Callee the front desk no answer. The next morning General manager Tim moved the room to across the hall where the bathtub had a piece broken off sitting to side. Tried to talked to him for the rest of my stay. No response! I stopped by the front desk 3 times. Each time I asked for A a call back never had a response. Was charged for a phone call to front desk. And then $101.96 for lodging when I paid through third party Company should not have been charged by Hilton. Front desk was not helpful Maria was complaining how she was suppose to get off 30 minutes ago. I asked for additional towel it took 2 days later. The elevator was shared with cleaninh staff during pandemic no social distancing. The elevator has been this way for over 2 months. (my last stay) was the same/ waiting for 1 elevator for the whole hotel. Disappointment for the Hilton name to be on this establishment.

The front desk representative named Maria is a very rude woman, I've stayed at this hotel multiple yes I never have a problem unless she's at the front desk.always as rude as possible. I enjoyed this place once but won't be coming back cause I really don't wanna see her face and I hate her hospitality.

The Doubletree Hilton OK state I arrived during the time of Covid so a lot of annuities were not open. I was in room 522 on the fifth floor it was fairly quiet. The bed comfortable. And I had a nice shower. My room did not have the towels. So I had to call for room service. I show my girlfriend to take a shower. Overall the hotel stay was pretty good. Except for the fact. That in the middle of the night I awoke to see someone standing in my room. I immediately hopped up and grab my knife in order to protect myself and my girlfriend. In the dark shadowy figure walked into what I thought was the bathroom. When I walked into the bathroom which was dark I looked all over and realize no one was there. I’ll return to my bed don’t say anything to my girlfriend in fear that I may scare her. After a while I fell asleep and my girlfriend woke me up saying that there was someone standing in a room and you smell like coffee. I then got up and turned on the lights checked the room again and no one was there. I’ll check the connecting door to the room next to us and it was also locked. Dinner took a while for us to fall asleep well the next morning I woke up to go downstairs into the mini market to buy some snacks for breakfast when I came back to the room by accident I Musta hit the voice record on my iPhone me and my girlfriend then ate our snacks and had a conversation with each other. It wasn’t until later that day when I noticed a new voice recording on my phone and I listen to it. It was a conversation between me and my girlfriend the only difference was that there was an extra voice commenting on our conversation. The crazy part was it was only me and my girlfriend in the room at the time of this conversation. So I am convinced as well as my girlfriend is convinced that room 522 is haunted and needs to be cleansed of the spirit I must say that I did not have any negative or evil incantation from the spirit. But it does need to be cleansed. Sincerely, KYAN Jordan

Don't know what was worse.continuous smell of weed smoke, using the service elevator because all of the elevators were broken, the room smelling like the 1980s or the fixtures that were broken. Serious upgrades are needed. This was like a motel on the highway.

The rooms were nice and the staff was very friendly. This was a great place to stay at when my wife and I were flying out from LAX the following morning. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

Room was great, only thing was we found someone dried out contacts stuck to the bathroom counter which grossed me out, because that tells me the counters weren't cleaned or wiped very well. But otherwise location and price were bang on! Nice place, reasonable parking and always fresh water with cucumber and fruit in the lobby which is much loved on those hot california days!

It's a wonderful place to stay. The front desk is very courteous. I loved the diffused water kept at the entrance.

Run of the mill hotel. Rooms were clean. Huge TV in the room. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Had a pleasant stay.

The downstairs facilities are fantastic and always clean. Room service and cleaning always did a phenomenal job but it is dated a little. My sink backed up and I entered to no toilet paper but they fixed that quickly. By far the best service was Juan at the bar/ restaurant downstairs. Made my stay 10x better and I’d stay here a thousand more times if I was sure he’d be here. Definitely worth it, love Hilton!

Room was cool, the assistant manager Perfecta was not perfect at all she was rude and very judgmental didn't even greet me when I walked then just asked for my ID didn't ask how i was doing or anything. The accommodations I asked for in my room weren't there. I won't be staying at this place anymore using my Hilton honors.

It's my second time stay in here. Overall experience is okay. However, in my opinion the parking is a big issue for this hotel.

1 mile from Interstate 105 Freeway, this upscale hotel is a 5 minutes drive from LAX Airport and a 10 minute walk from an LA Metro light rail.

I will not stay here next time! For some reason I didn't get housekeeping, I had to ask for towels, toiletries, run out of toilet paper, garbage containers were full, issues with toilet it was just so much that instead of enjoying my vacation it became a nightmare. Plus hotels needs a renovation

New owners, not always a good thing. The parking is now overly expensive for no reason and the hotel staff isn't as friendly.

They didn't have electricity and told me that I could still stay (didn't expect to have power back until the next day) or they would graciously not charge me for cancelling. I asked where they could put me up instead and the lady behind the desk said I'd have to figure that out on my own.

I'd stayed at this hotel numerous times before, and am a Diamond member with Hilton. I've never before been spoken to like that. Needless to say, I took my business somewhere else and won't be back.

My husband I just stayed at this hotel over the weekend. The room was clean and the best part was the bed. It was very comfortable! But parking was charged separately (paid for the room prior to arrival) which I am not use to. We had two choices either valet park for $18/daily or park in a shared garage across the street for 15/daily. No continental breakfast offered only a restaurant inside the hotel. In my opinion, a very basic hotel not very fancy. The customer service is pretty good and so is the valet.
