The hotel is fantastic because it has everything you need! There was no doubt as to why so many people enjoyed this location.

Nice Hotel! Kids really enjoyed the pool and the front desk staff was very helpful! Kascia even snapped our picture of my good friend from LAX

Good room. Clean, nice, and new AC. But the construction that's taking place puts a real damper on the vibe. Nice staff too.

Hotel needs some work

Asked ice machine to be turned back on several times but that was never done.

Hotel offering was very minimal.

No gym. Breakfast was just pasteries.

Very displeased with the parking situation. Charged a hefty parking fee for parking all the way across the street.
Would not recommend.

What a wonderful hotel. Well appointed and extremely clean, with sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer in many areas during these COVID times. I only gave it four stars for my stay because my original room had a plethora of issues, until we changed rooms the next morning. First, the nightstand lights would not come on. Someone did come up with a laptop and was able to electronically reset the lights and they began working. The outlet panel on one nightstand wasn't working, so we couldn't charge our phone from there (no big deal, just another issue), there were plenty of other outlets and USB ports in the room. Finally, and most importantly, the a/c was NOT cooling off the room. It was set for 68° all night and didn't get lower than 74°. I addressed it that night, but wasn't offered a room change until the next morning.the day we would be checking out. Ultimately, we changed rooms and the manager comped our night, minus parking fees ($28), and offered a late check out (2 pm). It should be noted, parking is across the street from the hotel. There is very limited 15-minute parking directly in front of the hotel to check-in and take your bags to your room, but parking is across the street with in/out privileges. During COVID, there doesn't appear to be any access to the pool or jacuzzi. Another thing to note is the hotel is near the 405 FWY. So, if you have noise sensitivity issues, this may not be the hotel for you. It's all ambient noise to me, but some people may find that problematic. Overall, it was still a lovely stay and I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this Hotel regularly for the last 15 years. Just stayed this week again and probably for the last time.

Renovated rooms are nice but remains noisy with horrible views.

Parking has become an horrible experience. The property recently sold their parking to build. High-rise there, so you got to park across the Blvd which is unsafe and dangerous given the neighborhood, on top of that they now charge $28/night (used to be free no so long ago), this is criminal, extortion, ridiculous. There are many fair alternative in the area. I am done with that place!

This hotel is really one of the best when it comes to giving comfort to its guests. Great service, well-rounded staff, and amenities are complete. The overall experience I had from this place was all worth it because the food, services, and anything else was provided with no delays. You are strongly and highly recommended! Cheers for more customers!

Surrounded by major attractions and shopping malls, which are within walking distance, it’s a perfect location for sightseeing and shopping. Besides, there is a range of museums nearby. We enjoyed our stay here. We will definitely come back soon!

2 * because of the parking you have to pay $28 would be nice if they tell you before you book The Room

Great west LA location, in a safe & clean part of west LA. Rooms are decent, but somewhat dated. Prices was fair in comparison to local competition. The hotel staff was great. The bar/restaurant is okay. Food was good, prices high, and service was slow.

Friendly staff at check in. Rooms are a little outdated, lobby area is very nice. Parking lot could use some work, spots are small and it is difficult to find a spot when you get back from dinner.

Stayed for a night while traveling for a work. Loved the hospitality and the kindness of the employees.

A little beat up and more expensive than current market rates. Parking is expensive, but unlike most of the competition, almost any vehicle will fit. As with many Doubletree's, it is a long walk to your room.

Check in was fine, room is as you'd expect (no complaints) and the bathroom has all the nice features you'd want. The pool area is nice although it's often taken over by large families so good luck getting to the hot tub. But the water is nice and warm and towels are provided! One thing to note is the car park; if you bring your own car it's $26. A NIGHT. They have the nerve to charge their guests $78 to leave a car in their huge car park for three nights.

Good place to stay if you want to visit the outskirts of LA. The check-in was fast and easy and they give you a complimentary cookie when you ask for one. The rooms were clean and tidy, bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft. It was easy to find and access from the highway. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend for the price.

Good location. Comfortable room. Hot tub by the pool was lukewarm at best, and charging $26 a night for parking on top of what I paid for the room is ridiculous.

Located near Lax and near a mall (useful for picking up waters from Target). Rooms were nice and checking in and out is a breeze with the Hilton honors program!

Nice amenities, I really like Hilton's feel for the price. Only problem with this location is that there is a $26 per night parking fee that was not mentioned anywhere during the reservation process. What a fixing racquet. I hate businesses that nickle and dime their customers with shady maneuvers that once they are visible are unavoidable. Doubt I will ever be returning to this Hilton, and frankly maybe I'll take my business elsewhere in general. Really leaving a bad taste in my mouth.

Staff was extremely courteous, room was clean and quiet, and a great location close to the beach and Hollywood
