It's a good place but it's getting abit pricey. For the spot it is on it's not a good idea, if the area was cleaner and/or nicer then yes, it would worth the increase of the price.

To expensive! Paid $25 for a Denver omelet, coffee, and a slice of French toast and no flavor on the hash browns. The only Plus was that the portions are big

Do not go here. Their food is decent but the service is completely terrible. The workers are inconsiderate and rude. The most annoying part is they won't give you a receipt with what you ordered on it, so when they mess up your order they tell you it's your fault. I've never been to an establishment with such terrible service.

Fries are hard …very expensive and to top it off after paying 57.00 dollars they stingy with the dressing…only 2 free dressing for $ 57.00 …

Worst experience I've ever had. I order chili cheese fries and small fries and they couldn't even get the order correctly. I like within minutes and called them back to tell them about my order. The woman that answered was very rude and did nothing to help me. Since it was late at night and they were about to closed they didn't provide me a receipt and the order in the system was wrong. The woman told me to come back the next day and give them the receipt they didn't provide to me and to get my $$ back. She then ended up hanging up on me very rudely. Wish I could give 0 stars

We always ADORE Double Z - however, my only complaint is the prices have sky Rocket. I know times have changed along with the economy & costs of goods. Will just have to make visits more few.

The cooks cleaned the grilled with an extremely dirty towel which their white towels look brown and black, and set their cooking utensils on top of it and them touch the god with all the dirty utensils. Also the cashiers touch the money and go help out the cooks and touch the food with their dirty hands after touching money all day.

Ordered $50 worth of food and asked for two sour creams got to my car and went to get them out and just had all ranch and one sour cream. So went in and they said they were going to charge me $1 to get another one. Even though it was their mistake for not charging it to me when I ordered. You would think after all I was a paying customer spending $50 and they would not give me one more sour cream. Horrible customer service by Savanna she was rude to me and my young daughters. To the owner I hope you see this and talk to your management to train their staff and teach them better customer service. So disappointed I even told her you would rather lose a customer then to give one sour cream. She basically said yes. And look at the size of the sour cream for $1 so tiny.

I can’t believe that I got changed $60 plus for (1) cheese burger (1) pastrami burger. (2) small chili cheese fries (1) large chili cheese fries and (2) drinks? They also charge $1 for one jalapeño pepper. The food didn’t have a good flavor. But the only good thing is that my dogs enjoyed it more than me. I will never go back. I will rather go to Jack-in-the-Box or even McDonald’s than to this place again just saying. And it’s not even paying over $60 it’s just the quality and the taste of the food overall.

My hubby and I get the double cheeseburger combo cut in half and it's amazing. I ask for my bun to be grilled with butter and crispy around the edges! This was a date day meal! Yeah I'm easy after being married 39 years!

Order was wrong twice. First time, they shorted me the fries. The second time in the same order they gave me a incorrect sandwich after I asked them to check my order and they refused.

I called and they claimed its a new person on the register and I have yet to get a requested callback from the manager since they was not on hand.

I will update this review when I receive a call back or resolution to this issue.

I’ve been going to Doublz a little over 10 years now. Food is really good. But when did they start charging for ranch dressing? I literally spent $50 dollars and the cashier decided to charge me for one ranch. When before it was given for free.

The walk in closes at 8pm! I wanted to get something to eat but because I walked over THEY WOULDN'T SERVE ME! I LOVE THEIR FOOD! Never had a bad meal here but that's rediculous

By far one of the worse food places in Palmdale to eat, the crispy chicken sandwich was oily greasy and expensive if I’m paying 9 dollars for a sandwich I expect quality.
It’s very dirty the tables & chairs had crumbles of someone else’s food.
The service was mid at most they weren’t fast, they made me repeat myself multiple times for one thing.
If I could I would give this lackluster restaurant 0 stars save your money and go somewhere else

I love doubles but I received 2 burgers that made me think twice check out the photo. My kids were adding 's and this is what they seen when they opened up the i should have brought back but my thoughts were it should have been right from the beginning. Someone looked like they were a bit hungry and snapped a few bites.

All the “steak fries” are flat oily and hard like chips. Asked for them fresh. Assuming they did that but why are they flat and hard? Same thing with my chili cheese fries.

This place is really good for greasy food such as onion rings, zucchini sticks and chili cheese fries. The burgers are not so good but get the fun stuff instead. The chili cheese fries are huge are very filling and good.

Supposed to be a pastrami omelette the omelette was so hard over cooked and the pastrami was not even recognizable these people cannot cook

Everything i ordered was delicious. Had breakfast burrito and a cheese burger. Ordered and received food promptly and enjoyed.

I asked for a SMALL chili cheese pastrami fries and this is what they give me Pastrami barely cooked and it’s only two spoons of meat I asked the lady that took my order why is this food so high when I’m paying for a small she said because it’s hard to get pastrami but look what they gave me i thought I’ll get more than two bites of meat and I didn’t they put it in a small container I asked for a bigger one and to my surprise I barely had chili and the fries are extremely old and they didn’t have a manager so they say they wasn’t willing to accommodate me at all they simply didn’t care that I basically spent $17 bucks on some messed up food I won’t be coming here anymore and I most definitely won’t be recommending them
