So rude. I called to set up an appointment. And politely said I had blue cross blue shield. She said we don’t take that to which I said sorry I found the right vision insurance, it’s “…. ”Without responding she said I’m going to lunch, call back when you have the right information.

I can only assume the doctor is rude based off his front office.

Dr. Levy is rare breed a true gentleman and my go to optometrist for over 25 years.

Very professional and meticulous Eye Doctor. His office is very clean with a great selection of frames. He takes his time with the exam and explains the results without rushing. I am also pleased he offers a variety of different types of lenses.

Dr. Levi is great and I've been seeing him for over 15 years. However, my job takes me on the road for most of the year (8 months at a time). I needed glasses while away so wanted to get a cheap pair locally so called for prescription. The receptionist gave me the wrong prescription - I even double checked with her to make sure as it didn't sound right and the way she said it and reconfirmed the prescription I just felt like she was lying. She made me feel like I was betraying the practice not going through them. Maybe she felt I was lying saying I was out of town. Regardless, I needed the glasses and I had to go through with the order and, of course, they were way off when I tried them on. Luckily I had a beat up pare I could use in the mean time but can't go to Dr. Levi anymore knowing I could not rely on them while traveling.

I found Dr. Levy's office from a google search when I moved to Santa Monica so I am SO happy to have found him. He is extremely easy to talk to and answered all 100 of my questions. It's quick and easy to make an appointment and my new glasses were ready within the week. Strongly recommend Dr. Levy!

Dr. Levy is an outstanding professional and a truly kind person. He takes the time to explain what he is doing, does not rush in responding to questions and in fact, encourages them-a rare trait in most physicians. He is a perfectionist in measuring and being sure that the glasses fit properly and that the lens are to prescription. The selection of frames and prices is extensive. His staff is also professional, beyond polite, efficient and very kind. I highly recommend Dr. Levy.
