We setup a appointment Doug, s Bug for a termite inspection. Doug the owner came out for the inspection and as we suspected we needed to get our house tented. Scheduling our appointment for the time we wanted through Kellie in the office and everything else was easy and trouble free. Kellie was very helpful with explaining the prep and everything we need to do before and after. Everybody showed up on time and they cleaned up when the job was done. I would highly recommend Doug's Bug Company

5/5 Highly recommend this local San Diego company. Josh from Doug's Bug came out the same day and provided great service. He was very thorough and performed detailed work. Tremendously helpful and informative, provided knowledgeable answers to any questions I had. Josh was able to determine where the pest (mice) had entered, sealed it, and conducted a thorough exam of the space they were occupying and home. It is good to know that such a quality company with solid staff exist.

Highly recommend this company. They are local and everyone on the team is extremely professional. Josh was our service person. Every week he showed up promptly and successfully trapped several rats. Doug was great. Started the termite treatment right away and gave a one year warranty. Didn't try to upsell a tenting. Highly recommend.

Not sure what type of pests they sprayed for but technician was on time, professional and thorough.

Just had Doug over to do an inspection for subterranean Termites and he said that he did not find any problem. He said I can do preventive work but that is up to me. I had them come check after another company said I needed to spend nearly $2000.00 to get rid of a major infestation. It is very refreshing to have honest people like Doug and his company help people out and give the truth even if they don’t get the current business. I have used them before and they are nothing but professional. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again in the future.

Great experience with Doug's Bug! We called to get a quote for termite tenting for my parents home. We were quickly set up with an appointment to get a quote. To our surprise Doug himself came out and was the one doing the inspection. We were able to quickly set up a time to get the house tented. The whole process from start to finish was so easy and stress free. Doug was quick to respond and answer any questions and concerns we had. We love the fact that it is a LOCALLY owned company. Doug and his team are all very knowledgeable and very kind! Could not recommend Doug's Bug Company enough.

We had Josh come out to do an assessment of our condo today, and he did an amazing job. He was right on time (we were given a window between 10a-1p) and he texted at 9: 48am to let me know he was 10 minutes out.

He was very personable and interested in understanding the situation before charging us for a bunch of services. He asked several questions prior to doing a thorough assessment. We are new to the area, so I only had the website to go by, but Doug's Bug Company is a 5-star business and I highly recommend them.
