They came out in a timely manner
And did an amazing job they were also very friendly and gave me a discount for being a Veteran
After a break in, i used Dove’s Auto Glass. Their prices were reasonable. I had a bad experience with them regarding an insurance claim. They weren’t being honest regarding tinting.
Anyways, what prompted me to write this review was due the incorrect installment.
When they came out to clean and install the window, they claimed that my Window’s regulator “broke” an hour after messing with my car. It will cost an extra hundred.
Ok, i guess i need it right?
Days later, they came and installed the regulator and the window. This is when my car started acting up.
First a message popped up “roll driver’s window up and down” would not go away. The driver’s door would NOT lock when I pressed the locking button on my keys. At this point I was upset due to the experience I had with them regarding my car insurance. So i ignored it for a while, and manually locked my driver’s door. They also did NOT clean the glass inside the door. Every time I closed the door, I heard shattered glass. So weeks later, I took it to a mechanic to clean it out properly. He showed me how easy it was to clean it with the RIGHT vacuum attachments.
A year & $3k later, the authorized Chevy dealership fixed the locking security issue on my driver door. It was a pain and very costly to diagnose it. The regulator they installed was causing the module to lose it’s memory & codes to pop up. Seemed like it was an after market regulator.
Their techs seem inexperience and feel like they used my car to practice. Would not recommend.
