Downey Boba Loca

Great, fast service, they have tons of flavors of tea, slush, ect. Some ice cream macaroons which are a hit with my kids they're fans.

Good customer service & the tea I ordered was decent, however the boba tasted like it was made the day prior. It wasn’t chewy & fresh, rather the center was already gritty like it had been sitting in the syrup for over a day. I ordered the honey green milk tea, it was ok.

The place is very quiet, the menu is good, the only reason why I don't give it more stars is the poor service of the employees or managers of the place, I regularly buy in that place, I have done it several times, to see if I I am wrong or they do not understand what I ask, I always order a Thai tea milk boba and I ask them if they can add more milk and less tea, they always answer yes, but they never do, they are always laughing, I don't know if is for me or not, but them disrespect me, I'm not telling them to give it to me for free, I can pay for them to put more milk in it, but they don't listen, today I went, they did the same thing they added more but instead to add what I asked them to do was milk, they put coffee in my drink, I hope they can talk to the girls in that place, I would appreciate it very much

I always enjoy coming here but today (3/12/19) the girl on the register was very rude with a very irritated face. I myself work at the register and maintaining professional is key.

Was the best but sadly change service and taste.and outside by the main door looks like never been mop for years.drinks spills all over the entrance floor and the new stuff must be trained with the winning taste that they have before

I hadn't tried Boba before and for being a first time, I absolutely love it! This is a very charming, clean, relaxing and cozy place. Nice enough to come have a chill time with friends and family, while enjoying these great variety flavored boba drinks. The service is excellent!

It is very pretty inside and was not to busy when we went. She tried the boba and I got coffee. Stick to the boba, it's good.

Really good boba, especially the purple drink, called taro. By the way the ice cream is good too! Not the best tho.

I've been to 2 boba loca and this place has been my least favorite. I feel like they use some sort of cream that takes away from their drinks. I get green tea smoothie and sometimes feel it is missing the green tea taste and just taste like sugar. Other than that they sell more things here than other boba locas. They have pastries and snacks on the counter.
