Came here to purchase a vehicle and have service done as well. We reached out to inquire about the bronco sport via email and received a response back by phone maybe a half hour later, very prompt. After setting up an appointment to test drive, we worked with Spencer and Pedro to get to a deal we were happy with. Since the car just got to the lot that day, it was not ready to be given to us. However, they provided a loaner vehicle for the time being at no charge to us. Even after we picked up our new car, Pedro reached out to make sure we were happy with our purchase.

The car did end up needing a warranty service so we worked with Bon who went out of his way for us to make sure our concern was being addressed, and ensure the problem would be resolved. Anything we needed, and any questions we asked were answered clearly and honestly.

We had a great experience both with our purchase and the service department. We plan on continuing to come here for maintenance, and whenever the time comes again for a new vehicle

I really had a bad experience with this company, last week I tried to make an online purchase which they canceled because my IP address does not match an address in the United States, understanding this I called directly their customer service to explain my situation and to find a way they can help me solve this out. One of their agents, Fernando Enríques answered me, he explained me that the only way to make the purchase was through Paypal and directly with someone who made it in the USA so I decided to do it through a relative (my uncle) who lives in the United States, he followed all the steps that they indicated with the PayPal and address specifications, the order was placed but I never received a response or an email notifying about the status, I even called directly and they left me waiting for more than 20 minutes, when they finally answered me, their response was, Better “find another website”, we can’t do nothing for you.

My daughter was driving my Ford Expedition from Palm Springs to Portland when it broke down in Sacramento. I called both Ford dealerships in Sacramento and both were really busy. However Bon at downtown Ford sympathized with our situation and squeezed our car in. He stayed in communication on the necessary repairs and his technicians were prompt and thorough. My daughter was back on the road within hours. And my car runs like new. I am incredibly appreciative for not just the the quality of service, but the quality of people we encountered at Downtown Ford

I bought a 2017 Ford Explorer on March 13,2021 and my experience was awesome my sales person name was Jose Gonzalez I highly recommend going in and seeing him he had a answer for every question that I asked and made me feel very comfortable with my decision to buy. My sales manager was Moises Crisanto and he was also amazing we told him the price range and what we could afford and he made it happen it was the best car buying experience ever! I have been going to Downtown Ford for years. Recently, I had to purchase a used vehicle (2018 EcoSport SE). The thought of going to any other dealership honestly did not cross my mind. I'm a Ford girl and while I live closer to Elk Grove, I went to downtown Ford. From the sales agent, to David (my trusty contact for service), the finance department (who really helped me out) to the ladies at the front counter it is always a pleasant experience. I trust Downtown Ford to treat me well and do the right thing when needed. Yes, I love my EcoSport.

I am impressed and extremely pleased with the service. The Service Advisor- Bon Vang is outstanding. He is extremely courteous, very knowledgeable about the vehicle and did everything to make the experience simple, efficient and almost fun. I wish I could give him 6 stars. I had to make my payment a SPECIAL way but the accounting staff made it easy. Thanks to Shane and Michelle

I've done business with Downtown Ford for a number of years, service needs and bought several vehicles from them. The sales and service departments are top notch whenever I have been at the dealership. It is a business that is focused on customer service.

You know during these uncertain times we are living in it's nice to know we have one certain thing we can count on. That's the service department at Downtown Ford. They always take great care of my wife's car.

Had a great service experience with my favorite service department advisor Bon Vang. He always takes time to review everything and always calls me back if the technicians find anything wrong.

David Hall also has helped me on Saturdays.

Sometimes I think the service rep or maintenance crew are working on commission. I always get additional maintenance advice when I go here. Vehicle continues to run great, but it’s easy to spend over $1000. On older vehicles.

Planned ahead and went in first thing in the morning for a tuneup. Car was ready in two hours and I was on the road again.
