I have a rental from them. We have never had any issues personally as far as if we need something fixed ECT.

If only there could be zero stars for Slum lords like Dario Panini who owns a major (for Three Rivers, population around 2000) section of stores in our tiny town…and doesn’t do repairs or investments in this property! Just collects the $$$
Our town pharmacy closed because the pharmacist retired and couldn’t find a pharmacist to take over…I hear because the facility wasn’t up to snuff! Today I saw a Facebook post that the roof is leaking! Scumbag Slumlord doesn’t care. But in a small town like Three Rivers, their greed can kill businesses - which for a small town losing its pharmacy, can be deadly!
