I loved her level of expertise. I have unique issues and she addressed each one separately and knew exactly where to direct me.
Very poor experience and nearly impossible to get anything from a hostile, incommunicado front office. Take a look at other reviews and you’ll see the pattern.
Dr. Adrianne Lajoie is very knowledgeable and clear in her explanations of the procedures needed for my individual situation. She is also very personable. My experience was both professional and caring. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a gastroenterolgist.
Wife missed her appointment due to address not being correct. Office tried to charge for missing appointment. Wife finally had to get a manager to waive the charge. 3-4 other people complaining about never getting diagnosis and other issues. Pretty stubborn office assistants.
I would avoid coming here.
I'm having trouble getting through to this office. I've left multiple messages and am not able to receive a return call. Maybe they need an additional receptionist?
