Office rarely picks up the phone. Called currently and it's asking me to enter a ZIP code and phone number. Bizarre. Dr. Kim himself is alright and seems fine but I think his admin staff is a little unorganized.

Front and back office girls are great. Dr is not attentive and does not listen to any concerns I have. For every concern you have he has something smart to say. He was walked away from me multiple visits and I still gave him changes to redeem himself. If you are reading this and have experienced something similar call your insurance and file a grievance.
