THIS IS WITHOUT A DOUBT THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, UNTRAINED, UNCARING, CLUELESS BUSINESS I'VE EVER STEPPED INTO; never met my primary dr.nurse is clueless, doesn't listen, incapable of calling in prescriptions, FORGETS MY APPOINTMENTS WITH NO EXPLANATION, TIRED OF BEING LIED TO @ CALLBACKS, TIRED ABOUT BEING HUMILIATED @PHARMACY DUE TO PRESCRIPTION NOT CALLED IN. TWICE MAKING ME WAIT THROUGH WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY FOR MEDS I NEEDED, nurse still has not processed me as a new patient (months). Nor checked out things she should DUE TO MY CONDITION!

MY WIFE WAS A NURSE. MY SISTER RETIRED HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATOR. I KNOW WHAT PROPER MEDICAL CARE IS AND THIS AIN'T IT. SENIORS BEWARE. THIS PLACE DON'T CARE! MORE TO COME. I'M NOT DONE YET.

I am in need of a Primary doctor, my Kidney Dr referred me to this Dr. Milani. When I have called I was put on hold for 6 minutes. After that I read some reviews, the automated message then 6 more minutes of time. Not looking good. All before 10am.

I really like this Dr.s office. The ladies in front are always nice as well as the ones taking vitals. I'm seen in a nice amount of time & I'm not waiting forever. If I could switch my son to Dr. Milani's office I would.

April 2023 - My last couple visits have been ridiculous. My Wait times have literally been 2 hours, which is uncalled for. I might as well take the freaking day off, just for an appointment. I'm literally wasting 1/2 a day here.

Love this man! It is my experience Dr. Milani is one of the few MDs anywhere not just the HD who I’ve gone to who will treat the WHOLE person and not just blindly and thoughtlessly treat symptoms. I would highly recommend him if that is what you are looking for in a primary care physician. I’m pretty sure he saved my life. May God bless the work of your hands, Dr!

I have advanced heart failure. I cant get my prescriptions refilled because they say they havent seen me since december. 5 weeks ago! Looking for a new doctor the stick this whole staff (including the doctors) have up their a$$es is ridiculous. The way they flat out lie to you and just flat out blow you off should be illegal. They are screwing with lives.

New phone service is useless office staff poor attitude.changing
immediately to a new doctor I love dr, great but his staff cost a patient.not dealing with refills etc.just pointless
