There's absolutely no way I would refer this unprofessional, ignorantly assumptive "provider" to anyone. When she see's a patient presenting with extensive bruising, that receives dialysis and a history of cancer- her immediate diagnoses is drug user. But that's not all, she took it upon herself to scream "If she'd just get off of drugs then she'd be fine! " down the entire hall outside of the door. No way would I had assumed she was directing that toward the patient she was treating, considering this is a HUGE HIPAA violation. This patient is filing a complaint against her license- but it needs to be known that this woman has no idea what she's doing.
