So grateful that my doctor referred me to Dr. Sorensen. He not only has great bedside manner, I got instant relief!

Pain Meds worked, but wait times and the unprofessionalism and the lying by the staff is unacceptable. Not just once but twice. You seem like a good dude and you helped my back so I will suffer in the end but to treat a patient the way I was treated this morning, now twice is bad business. If I coached your kids the way you and your staff treated me today you would want me fired. Someone in your shoes will never take a advice form me, but in the future when having your staff schedule appointments maybe have them tell the patients you might want to plan a half day or full day off.

I have the utmost respect for the Doctors and FNP at the Pain &spine center. The nurses are awesome and so are most of front end ladies.

Dr Sorensen was very professional and knowledgeable, however, the wait times are too long and the staff are not efficient.
