Dr. Bruce S. Park, MD reviews
7 I just saw how many stars he has! -I give him zero!
never called us back to follow up even with a virtual call appt! -i had to call him -ugh drs these days!
I stopped by to get a check up on my face at black spot by the eye lash in the left. Everything was done satisfactorily and I got a professional opinion from the doctor.
This is a joke, he did not pay attentions on my symptom at all. I had so many rashes on my face for a quiet while and it was a bothering me so bad, i had to ask him so many questions in order to get answer about my symptoms, finally he write a prescription for medicine. He was not willing to explain me and had a bad attitude. Not worth of money and my time at all. I will never return and will never recommend to anyone. There are plenty of far better places than here. Save your time and money.
My mother made an appointment for me. And When I found them in map to go there for the appointment, I saw many bad reviews. So I was about to cancel the appointment. It turned out nurses and doctor was nice.
I didn’t try cream the doctor prescribed yet. So dont know yet if it will work or not. However customer service was not bad like many reviews here
OMG! I see someone just reviewed this place and I had the exact same experience! My mother had a rash last month and so I went with her to this office. The front desk person was definitely NOT friendly, but I chalked that up to maybe they were having a bad day. Once in the room though and we saw Dr. Park, I couldn't believe how amazingly rude he was with my mom. As the other reviewer said, he was totally dismissive of my mom's worries. I really don't get why a doctor would be that way with a patient. Maybe a dermatologist could make a diagnosis right away by just looking at a rash, but shouldn't they then explain to the patient what might be causing it, what the treatment is, how long to expect before it gets better and ask the patient if they have questions? Isn't that just standard stuff you should expect from any doctor? This doctor did none of that! He just wrote a prescription, handed it to her without a word and left. UNBELIEVABLE!
I just read the few good reviews of this place and I'm not sure if any of them are even legit. Looks like Shin Rad was written by a doctor colleague of the Dr. Park. He probably asked Shin Rad to write a good one to offset nearly all other negative reviews. Is that even ethical? Whats funny is Shin Rad didn't even bother to say that Dr. Park is a good doctor who takes good care of patients, just that it's hard to become a dermatologist in US. Who cares how hard it is to become a dermatologist if you end up being a lousy one and being mean to your patients!
This office and doctor definitely deserve all the bad reviews. Do NOT recommend. Do NOT let your parents go here!
