Was not able to get to the doctor. Got a cancellation call from the once (which I missed). Then the second call 25 mins before the visit.
A receptionist told me that they left a voicemail (but my voicemail isn’t even setup on my phone number).
Next day I called them 5 times to cancel the rescheduled visit, they were never picking up the phone. Terrible service
Excellent doctor, great human being. Bedside manner, knowledge and attention to his patients is second to none.
I was desperately calling many urologists to find one who would see me in a short notice. After a few failed attempts, I finally called Dr Threatt office as new patient and when I explained to his staff my situation, they scheduled me an appointment during his lunch time! He orders test for me and his staff stayed on the phone with insurance 40-50 min to make sure they pay. They even scheduled a test for me so I can get it as soon as possible. He is indeed a great Dr who sees his patient as "human" and his staff are amazing.
