I did an extensive online search for a skillful and experienced cosmetic surgeon for my sagging eyelids. I was happy to find Dr. Lo in my town and happier and impressed after I met him in person (cuter in person!). Even though I felt and knew he was the Doctor I can trust, I had many questions and fears of surgery and the outcome. He understood my concerns and put me at ease with his wealth of knowledge. Dr. Lo looks young (maybe older than he looks.) but he is so experienced, skillful, sharp, kind, sweet, and always very cheerful. My surgery was very smooth and there was not much pain at all when recovering. Now, three months after my surgery, I am so glad I decided to do this, Thank you Dr. Lo! I also want to thank Helen who was patient and understanding, and the office staff who are very kind and supportive.

Do not schedule, take down alllll my info and at the very end of a 10 minute conversation throw in a by the way that will be $200. Start the conversation with that. Very unprofessional and very expensive for a consult!

My tear duct was blocked causing liquid to accumulate in my eye. After Dr. Lo's procedure my eye drains well. Both Dr. Lo and the rest of the office personnel are excellent.

I was referred to Dr. Lo from my dermatologist’s office for a subcutaneous growth on my inner eyelid. From the moment I met Dr. Lo, he was courteous, personable & willing to take the time to explain everything. He was actually able to schedule the procedure to remove the growth (which turned out to be a sweat gland cyst) that same week at his Saturday clinic. I just had my post op visit today and he wanted to make sure everything was healing and I wasn’t having any problems. Everything looks great and it was an easy recovery. His office staff are all very friendly as well. I would definitely recommend him if you have any eye issues requiring an ophthalmologist/oculofacial surgeon’s expertise.
