I have not been to the office in 2 years but Dr Smith was the nicest person and seemed to really listen. I did notice the staff was going down in professionalism and wait times longer but I do plan to go back when I move back to California.
Everyone is constantly complaining about the demons in front office, I'm sure everyone is left to wonder if the doctor actually evet reads these reviews, the same complaints year after year. I'm sure everyone has been to a pain management offices.
We have seen a well functioning medical office before and know the difference when we see a viper den.
You would think year after
year someone would have done the right thing and cut out the venomous players poisoning your office!
Been going here for several years now. Initially I was very pleased and able to overlook some concerns but this last year (2022) was one of the worse. Having lost many of his staff, the office has become not only extremely disorganized, but the wait times are still incredibly long (like 2-3 hrs at times) and they can't keep my medical plans straight. Each person (only 2 drs now and one NP who I can't understand bc of his accent) has their own ideas. Dr. Smith is sometimes sweet and kind and other times rude and lacking compassion. Dr. Thompson is terrific but not there very often anymore. Appts are constantly being rescheduled. Dr. Smith has lost some very good people. I can only imagine why. He has some significant issues.
Don’t believe everything you read. I read this reviews and it breaks my heart. I only have 100 positive experience with Dr Smith and his staff. Yes at times you have to wait for long time but it’s all worth it for the care they give you.
Dr Smith and is staff are the professional and outstanding pain management I’ve ever been to.
I’ve been a long time patient at least 14 years and I can not say thank you enough.
